Burger Box

So I had my boyfriend order me a burger since I’m on bed rest after having a major surgery and I ask for my burger with no onions. I was literally on the phone with him while he placed the order and heard him ask for no onions. Tell me why there are onions all over my burger. I call the manager and advise him of the issue and he’s like come back up there with the food and he will replace it like I’m about to drive 30 minutes back up there right now to have my burger replaced when it should’ve been RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Make sure you check your order before you go because they can’t follow simple directions.

Love burger box for a nice good old fashioned burger! They've got other options too, check out their menu. Totally worth checking out if you're in the area or just want a quick fix. The line at this location is not bad and the staff are always nice. I've only used the drive through but never have had any issues with it. The drive thru line is a little odd with placement but they worked with the space they had and nonetheless it doesn't hinder the experience or cause any delays. Food is great tasting, nice and juicy burgers and not dried out. Fries are always hot and tasty plus their shakes are amazing.

It saddens me that I’m even having to put up this review. This is my favorite fast food burger joint in the area. I have complained multiple times to the staff that their Coke Zero has been tasting like bug spray I’ve the past 1-2 months. I was told by one employee that I wasn’t the only one saying that. There has been no effort to fix the issue. This time I asked in advance of ordering & the guy just said I don’t know if it tastes like that. I don’t drink it. Until the issue is fixed I will be leaving this review up to warn others. This is disgusting & ignoring the problem is not a solution. Those who have been long time regulars of this establishment should be treated better.
