My wife and I had a birthday party at this location for our 4 year old daughter.
It was a private party screening of Despicable Me.
We had a dedicated server who was most excellent in service. Every need was seen to without question.
Theater was super clean and seats were marked as to where patrons could and could not sit to help with social distancing.
All 20 guests, friends and family, had a splendid time.
I recommend Movie Tavern for any movie lovers desires.

Very clean theater with a wonderful staff. Nice hot popcorn (what's a movie without popcorn?)! Social distancing & masks being warn. Many good food choices at reasonable prices. They have Loyalty Club that saves you money & Tuesdays are "Senior Citizens" Day with deeply discounted tickets & free popcorn! Reclining seats for your comfort.

We always drive to this location even tho Hulen is closer but I feel like their food quality is going down hill and sadly that's why we drive the extra miles to come here. We spent almost $50 last night on burgers, loaded fries and drinks. I wouldn't mind spending this if our burgers weren't sloppily put together. Our fries were so salty and cold they weren't even enjoyable. Ever since they changed from Movie Tavern to Marcus Theatre it seems like their food is going down hill

Staff was friendly and helpful. Popcorn was great, and the drinks are large! Excellent place for my wife and I to celebrate our 11 year anniversary! We will be back!
And the reclining chairs added a at home feeling! Love it!

Very safe, clean, and enjoyable. I think it is time to go back to the movies. Food good, service good, and comfortable recliner seats. All wiped down and marked accordingly. Order on line for less traffic and less personal contact. Coldest beer in the HEB area!!!!

It is always affordable and the staff is pretty nice. Although this time around the movie theater next to us was very loud and I could hear that movie showing over my own movie. Bummed me out a bit.
