The Colossal Sandwich Shop

This is one of my favorite places. They’re the most consistent restaurant I’ve frequented. The gentlemen there are always very nice and greet you with enthusiasm every time. And about the food… WOW! Everything I’ve had has so much flavor. I love how they give you jalapeño relish on the side. I had to go ahead and buy a jar. I also took home some of their hot sauce. Thank you to the owner and to the staff for the hospitality that was given to my friends and me. Visit this place! You will not be disappointed !!!

Easy, easy, easy, EASY five star rating. Searched cuban sandwiches near me since I'm new to working in the area and this was the top result. I agree with their wall, eat locally. This Cuban shattered expectations and I loved the feel of the shop. You won't get a sandwich like this from a chain/franchise. Very easy to see return trips in the future to try other items since they all look so good.

Reminiscent of a small-town mom-and-pop restaurant! The restaurant had a great variety sandwiches. The best part of the sandwiches are that each our sandwiches came with their own respective breads. We had the Reuben; it was very much a Reuben :) Although I did wish it had more sauerkraut. It was a necessary ingredient that balances the sandwich with the acid flavors. The cubano was not doubt a cubano sandwich. The savory meats, the pickles and that mustard was a great combo. The turkey grilled cheese was four kid but it can definitely be eaten by adults that still loved a well made grilled cheese. FYI. The menu is on the wall between the cashier and drink fridge. The regular chips are included in the meal.

This was so good, I went two days in a row. The first day, we had the mid cities Steak & Cheese and the Half Treuben. The Mid cities was basically a philly cheese steak and was amazing. My daughter described the Treuben as "A really good sandwich." We went back the next day to try different sandwiches, and again, they were amazing. This time, we had the Cubano and the Triple Decker Club. Both were so good, and I would definitely recommend all of it. I think the Mid Cities Steak and Cheese was my favorite of the four we tried.

We wanted to grab some lunch before grocery shopping and spotted this place. Decided to try it because of the reviews. It turns out that they were celebrating being open for 2 years. They had cake and punch and a drawing to enter. How fun!! The owners were wonderful and kind. However, the Star of the lunch was the food. I'm a cheapskate when it comes to eating out and am often disappointed. Not this time!! We both had the Muffuletta and man-o-man was it good! I can't wait to go back and try some of their other sandwiches. The place is really cute inside, too, with the tables spaced far enough apart, that we felt comfortable. All in all, a great discovery! Very good, I shop near here alot and never came in, wish I would of came sooner!!! It smells like a deli in here, which I love. I got the Italian Grinder small and I'm glad I only got the small! Big sandwich ( hence the name Colossal) team was nice and food tasted great. I also like their beverage choices. I would definitely recommend! Cant wait to try more sandwiches
