Subway

Arrive here behind another couple that was placing a 4 sub order. The sole worker never acknowledged my existence. It seems that Subway has a scheduling problem. I waited for well over 5 minutes as 3 other customers came in behind me. Again no one else showed up to assist the individual. I asked for their advertised Turkey, bacon, ans guacamole wrap. I was told they were out of guacamole. Not a good idea to be out of a key ingredient a little after 11 o'clock, which is the beginnings of the lunch hour. A sign would have been helpful and possibly prevented me from walking out. Good job in loosing my business. Not that the management of this Subway location would care as evident by the lack of staffing and a response.

I wanted a salad but I didn't want it in the big white bowl nor did I want it chopped. Well the Oriental girl grabbed the big bowl after I repeatedly told her no. She acted as if she didn't hear me so I asked that the cheese not be cut I wanted it whole she breaks it in half . At this point I'm losing my patience. I said I asked you not to do that she started arguing saying she was just doing this for now. I asked her whose salad is this mine or yours. She precede to mix the Salad together to transfer it to a different bowl. I kindly Thanked her and walked away without a salad.. If I'm paying for my salad I would like for it to be the way I (the consumer) want it... I will not visit this location ever

We wanted all meals and they didn't charge us the drinks when we kept saying it. They made us do another transaction for drinks. Ordered a kids meal got charged for a full kids meal but they didn't have the toy or apples. I could of just ordered a regular 6 inch with chips and a drink but they didn't tell us until the end. They said they never have apples or toys. Workers didn't know what they were doing.

I entered the restaurant, to my surprise no one came to the counter. While waiting I looked over the veggies. Gnats alive and dead in each container. The guy walks out of the back smiling, as he’s laughing at someone else. He lifted his eyebrows as a gesture to say ok. I asked for cucumbers (for a salad I made at home).They were out. With the gnat situation... Albertsons isn’t that far...I left. Never going back! First and last time.

I've gotten good service here before. Not tonight. My roommate and I went in at 8:55pm. This location closes at 10pm. Not only did the guy there not even come out front; when I said "Hello", figuring he didn't know we were here, he stopped whistling and shut off the lights on us. Needless to say, not thrilled.

Been going to this subway since I was a little kid, but I will never return to this location again. We were lied to by the employee that they only had flat bread and one other type because they were going to close in a few minuets, and that we couldn’t stay there and eat because they were going to close. It was only 8:55pm and after we left with our sandwiches we looked up the time and sure enough the kid lied straight to our faces and were going to be open a whole other hour after we left. If your not going to do your job right, you shouldn’t have one.
