Was it any good? I had a party of 3 meeting here on a Tuesday for lunch at 11:30am. Upon arrival after navigating all the one ways around the square there was plenty of parking all around this downtown square. Parking was free. As we approached the entrance I noticed a dining area outside the establishment which was a nice touch. Upon entering, the restaurant was clean and inviting. The waitstaff allowed us to sit anywhere we wanted. There are plenty of tables and quite a few booths. I also noticed an 8 top in the back of the dining area. The other half of the establishment appeared to be a 21 and over bar area, with a bar and tables as well. The menu was not overly large and had quite a few appetizers, burger options, salads and some bowl dishes. There was a drink menu and plenty of beer options. I ordered the red beans and rice as I intended on some cajun food. The others ordered burgers. The food order took about 15 minutes to come up. I found the red beans and rice to be somewhat bland. I asked for, and added Louisiana Hot Sauce to spice it up. The sausage in the dish had some heat to it, but that was it. All in all it was a decent dish, and plenty to consume. There are two slices of bread as well. I couldn't finish it all. The prices are up there a bit, but you get a good amount of food. The others loved their burgers and fries. And also requested "to go" boxes as they didn't finish their orders either. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy some beverages and watch a game. This is your place. Want some good food also?? This is also your place. The best cajun I've ever had? No, but it's solid, and a nice addition to Bedford. Best fries ever! I got a boyou burger and their cajiun fries, the burger was juicy and flavorful the fries were hot and crisp and you cannot go without dipping them in their caijun ranch. Their alligator bites were fresh and so yummy, I was hesitant to try them but Im so glad I did! The manager came out and made sure we enjoyed our food and our server Dorian was so kinda and attentive making sure we loved every bite! I will definitely be back to try everything.

We were greeted and sat quickly. Good variety of beverages. I ordered a New York strip that was cooked perfectly, added the bayou sauce (it would be amazing on anything) red beans and rice and jambalaya were both delicious. My husband ordered the Gochujang Salmon which was cooked perfectly. The sauce was wonderful, rice and asparagus were both refreshing. We definitely be coming back! Would recommend to anyone nice laid back environment for family dinner or date night.

My boyfriend and I went for a date to try out the place and the staff were all sweet and amazing. They were helpful when it came to explaining what certain items were, especially since we had never been before. Both of our meals were delicious! We will definitely be back, I just wish we had gone in sooner!

Two star restaurant that acts like a five star restaurant. I came with high hopes but left extremely disappointed. Most of the items on the menu are overpriced. The steak was not "lean" as the menu states. Somewhat understandable. The steak tasted good and the fries were a little too spicy for me but I knew that they were going to be spicy since the restaurant is a Cajun one. I unwrapped my silverware and noticed that it had something on it. I looked at my girlfriend's silverware and it also had stuff on it. For any restaurant I expect to get clean silverware. One of the main problems I have seen with this restaurant is that it is hard to get a seat even when it is not busy. I tried going multiple times, only to be turned down with about five or six tables open. The last time I went there was almost no one else, yet it took almost an hour to get the food. Lastly, I tried ordering one of the few desserts they have and was informed that they did not have any because "they did not make any today". I will come back to see if anything changes but I have little hope at this point.
