I’ve had some pretty interesting experiences with this dominos that weren’t too good but we decided to give it another shot and I’m glad we did. My meal tonight was perfect thanks to the new GM James. He was running the show by himself tonight (open to close) but was handling it so well. My order was made quickly and perfectly and the customer service was great which doesn’t seem to ever happen around here. Idk how much this guy is making but he deserves more!!!!

Pasta barely covered the aluminum bottom. Stiff pasta and burned cheese. The marinara dish didn’t even have the meat. Getting used to bad service from the Bedford night crew. Always late, always something missing from order like toppings or marinara sauces for breads. Need a Papa John’s to open in Bedford. Totally done with this Dominos.

Waited over an hour for my food to be delivered only for them to tell me that the policy at night is that they have to call ahead to make sure they have the right address only for me to never receive a call from the driver so she just went back to the store. upon calling the store to figure out the issue and asking to speak to a manager they were very rude and hung up. Staff is extremely rude and continuously screw up. Do better.

We got dinner here tonight. We had chicken carbonara pasta and the Wisconsin 6 cheese pan pizza. Everything was great! Cookie brownies are always a hit!

Waited 45 minutes for delivery, called Domino's and the lady said it will be 1.5 hrs for delivery only 1 person working. I asked her why didn't they call and tell me she said that I could come get it but the food is not cooked and this is the second time that this has happened in Bedford, Va.

For the most part my food is always correct.
The pizza is always done on time and when I've had to use delivery or the hotspot the wait times were excellent!.

Called in delivery order. 2 hours later I had to go to pick it up. Ended up getting a refund. The girl lied to me and said it had been sitting there for pickup and I placed a delivery order. Very very rude to me.
