Food quality is what it is - it's fast food fried chicken; my hopes don't fall too high. Overall the quality of the food received was adequate - in so much that the chicken was cooked through & the fries were hot. It looked as though each sandwich was literally thrown together & then to add insult to injury, they were put into the wrong marked bags (regular & spicy); wouldn't have been a huge deal EXCEPT the entire drive-thru experience with the staff member manning the headset/window was absolutely garbage. Rude when she came on the intercom, rude when she stated "there's no tenders", rude when we asked for another minute to decide, and rude when the order was finally placed. At the window, it was equally as cold and unfriendly. 10 minutes later we get home with the food & it was unpacked - unbeknownst to us that the sandwiches were switched in their packaging. Needless to say, someone didn't eat; at least not the $10 worth of KFC that was wrongly & haphazardly packaged. A $20 learning experience that sometimes you *do* need to be a bit more choosy for those "last minute, rather not cook at home" nights. I've been in the Service Industry a *long* time now, and have heard every excuse in the world for someone to be in a bad mood at work; none of which are permissible as a reason to be so disenchanted at your job. For reference: Arrived just at 8pm; store closed at 9pm. Order was 1 Regular Chicken Sandwich Meal & 1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal.

The food is good....when they have it. The service is awful 90% of the time. There is only one person that works there who is friendly and doesn't want to tell me all of her problems or talks about other employees while I'm waiting at the drive through. Everyone else acts like they are inconvenienced by everything. My last visit, i listened to the manager or shift lead girl yell at the drive through attendant for having the slider open too long. When my food was done, instead of handing it to me so i could leave, she sat it by the register until the attendant returned to the window. It would be much better if the staff understood that they work in a service industry.

I was just in there today. Around 3. I ordered 8 piece meal. All thighs. I got nice fast service. No wait no one else going through the drive through. I get home to unpack my meal and the chicken I got was the worse chicken I have ever got from anywhere!! The pieces are sooo little I thought they were wings and as hard as a rock!! Unbelievable. I will Never go back there. I called to complain and no one will answer the phone. Sad sad saf

I only gave this place a 2 start because the good is always hot and fresh but the drive-thru service is terrible. You spend a ridiculous amount of time in the drive-thru. You sit at the ordering menu for what seems like forever. They are rude and are very slow. I understand staffing is an issue but it has been this way since we moved here over a year ago. This place needs new management and to get their employees on track. It’s very unprofessional to see the staff outside talking to other people while there is a line of cars in the drive-thru.

To be in the state that close to Kentucky the chicken was okay but it wasn't up to par but most Kentucky fries haven't been up to par recently anyway it's just that I wanted some chicken and in Bedford that was only halfway decent place and close to my hotel the girl that waited on me she was very nice she was very helpful

WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO SPEAK W SOMEONE ABOUT LARGE ORDER. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER.. WENT ONLINE AND PLACED ORDER. WAITED THEN WENT TO PICK UP AND WAS GREETED MY THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MEET. 1.. DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER.2 CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ORDER AND 3 THE STAFF AWFUL!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NOT WORTH IT!!!
