Arby's

Apparently this is what no mayo looks like.....seriously this isn't even what normal mayo looks like 😭😭 The service was very quick and great people, working well even though short staffed, fresh fries, however I placed two orders paid separately which were bagged together instead of separately. The other wasn't quite right either.

By far the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I had a bad experience there about a year ago and swore I wouldn't go back. Recently I saw they had a new manager so I decided to give it another try. I couldn't have imagined it would get worse but it did. No Arby's sauce, no horsey sauce, no napkins in the entire restaurant. Even when asked employees said there was none to be had. Then when when they brought my food they decided to tell me that they didn't have the supplies to make the drink I ordered. Wow is all I can say. If I could give them no stars I would.

We stopped because I was really hungry for the pecan chicken sandwich. They took our order and when I got to the window they said they were out and other chicken sandwiches... since I did not have a menu I could not think of anything so I just said beef and cheddar. They still charge us for the original sandwich but we caught it and the refunded the money.... we went on to the place where we were going to eat and this is what we found. My partner ordered steak burger without pickels. His burger was not at all like it was suppose to be and was loaded with pickles. Was missing a sandwich we ordered and I had no beef and chedder... instead was a pound of beef... no sauce ... no cheddar and charged us $7.99 instead of the $3.99 that it shpuldhave.worse meal we have ever eaten

Went at 12:15 pm today. They were not busy. The service was fast and the girl taking the order was really a nice. Got a half pound roast beef, fries and a drink. The drink mechanic is out of a lot of choices. The fries was cold and tasted old. My roast beef wasn't done. I tried to convince myself that is was just medium rare but it wasn't happening. If was a take out order so I didn't see anything until I got where I needed to be. I am very disappointed in this location. There is always a problem with the food I get there. This however is the first time I got red meat. I won't be back for a very long time if ever.
