Taco Bell

Quick service and they got my complicated order correct and didn’t even question me. I usually order items without the tortilla and in a bowl. Nearly every TB questions my order, makes it without some of the toppings (yes, it’s true, just because it’s in a bowl doesn’t mean I don’t want the sauce) or just makes it straight up in a tortilla.

It's sad, that I door dash on the side an get attitude like I have been getting. Either the person handing me the food thinks that it's too good for them or that were an inconvenience. This is not the first time an then was asked to pull around to get some kind of slush drink which, was half melted an told next time make sure to say who I'm driving for. 🤔 last time, I checked your representing taco bell

Food is always good. But there have 2 times here lately that I’ve pulled into the drive thru at 8am to get breakfast at this location and no one was there. Several other cars followed and didn’t get served either. Frustrating to say the least. If it’s a hiring issue, there should at least be a note or something.

Taco Bell at the Bedford Turnpike Interchange provides exceptional value on an American Icon. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hours on the weekend have been cut a little short. However, in all fairness, I am suspecting that it is due to COVID-19 and staff shortages. I would have given them five stars but I am a corrections officer at a state level prison and was told that only local sheriff's departments, local police, state police and such are entitled to discounts. Pennsylvania State Correctional Institutions fall under the governor's jurisdiction and classification of both law enforcement officers and peace officers. I am also local and a resident of Bedford myself.
