Carrabba's Italian Grill

First, the good: Restaurant is conveniently located and has good parking. It appears clean (though I did not visit the restrooms). Prices are reasonable, and the staff are extremely friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They went over the options for vegan meals with us and were willing to make changes to help. The not as good: The food was mediocre, at best. Pasta was overcooked, sauce had so much garlic it would cleanse the entire state of any potential vampire activity! The broccoli was overcooked to the point of falling apart and being, essentially, inedible--- we mentioned this to the waiter and he was kind enough to replace it with a salad that was actually not bad. The concept of this restaurant is good, and the staff are making an effort, but they are sabotaged by the lack of competent food preparation. I wouldn't say don't go, but if you do go, don't expect a gourmet experience.

Well, it was just a lunch with my daughter while we had a full day busy with grocery shopping and some Christmas decorations. Let me tell you, Courtney our server was unbelievably unprofessional , even my 11 year old girl noticed how rude and unpleasant she was…, she did not ask for more water, did not clean our table once, checked us out without asking for desert and we really wanted to have it. When she brought our ice cream it was placed right in the middle of our dirty plates. We felt very unwanted at this placed.

There’s actually two businesses run out of this location.. but zero signage for the wings business.. makes it hard for clients and delivery drivers to understand what’s happening.. i will update this review when they take the time to respect their clients by posting signage because my clients actually love both restaurants and I would like to leave that impression with future clientele

I could eat their bread for days. We had a muscle sort of appetizer which was pretty good - no sand in the clam- I was impressed. The salads were good. My steak was ok and I was not a fan of the potatoes (but they were healthy, natural, skins in the potato still). I came home after this meal and felt sick though, I'm unsure why considering nothing tasted bad, looked bad or smelled funny. I'll come back again though, like I said, I can eat their bread for days.
