Domino's Pizza

Not the first time I have waited over an hour for my order to get “put in the oven”… Order pizza and want it cut in squares, never happens. Quality of food is good, just wish it was a little quicker than it should be. Ordered because I needed a decently quick meal, should have just flown to Mexico for tacos… would have been back before my order arrived.

I ordered a pizza for pickup over an hour in advance. When I got there, they gave me my order right away but, when I got home, it was the wrong pizza. Literally nothing about the pizza was right other than dough, sauce & cheese. I called them, they put me on hold and never came back TWICE. The 3rd time I finally got through and they apologized and offered to remake it but, when I told them that at this point my sick daughter had gone to bed so I couldn't leave and would need it delivered, they said it would be over 2 hours! Absolutely ridiculous!

I live 175 yards up the street and ordered a delivery and called the store as I forgot to order hot pepper flakes and they put me on hold for eight minutes. Still haven’t gotten my delivery yet? This is happened so many times before I rarely call to order there. Just a terrible experience all round, very poor management and ownership! I’ve lived in town for my entire life and I plan on passing the info on to everyone I know! I’ve never been compensated for my poor experiences I received an email back with an apology.

Ordered delivery and 1 item was missing and when i called they said they were out of it but didn't refund me or call to ask about replacement SMH and the 2 pizzas i ordered were not edible cuz meat toppings were old, the smell was awful and ruined rest of food cuz all was in same food bag. I have called several times to speak to manager but no luck! I even went there in person and was told manager is the only one who can refund me but he wasn't there that day! Apparently he's never there!!! Its been over a month and still no response!!! I spent 85 bucks and i didn't eat anything and my 7yr old tried to eat a slice of cheese but smell was so bad he puked. So i spent 85 incl tax delivery and tip but we couldn't eat any of it! I'm not asking for full refund obviously i still need to pay for delivery and tip although i think the manager should tip the driver since it wasn't edible!!! I would be ok with just refund for food please 🙏
