Tried this place and ordered my sandwich a specific way due to food allergies. When I opened the sandwich there were foods I was allergic to in the sandwich. When the issue was presented to the worker they asked if I mentioned my allergies. I ordered my sandwich to avoid allergens. Was informed there would be a two sandwich charge for substitutions next time, which there will not be. I can’t believe this place is a destination. Substitutions shouldn’t be an issue to a caterer. This place seems to be a close comparison to Subway!

I order take out here often because I work close and the food is delicious, but my order is never complete and I am ordering straight from the menu (no substitutes or additions). There's always a missing ingredients or just flat out missing sandwiches. I feel like I have to constantly re-check my order before I leave or else I have to drive back. I can understand 1 or 2 times, but every time is frustrating. So just double check your order before you head out to avoid driving back.

Lori and her team make the most delicious of meals. Soups made daily from scratch. This is a hidden gem that I would put up against any other place I have eaten in New New England. If you have stopped in here yet you owe to yourself to give it a try. If you like pastries they are made from scratch and are to die for.
