Pizza Mia

This hot sandwich was supposed to be a chicken Parmesan sub, it had pieces of chunk chicken and sauce. Every chicken Parmesan sub I ever had in my life has had a Fried piece of breaded chicken covered in cheese and marinara sauce , this sub was absolutely not that! I ate it anyway because I was hungry but it was definitely a disappointment. Although I have had other food from Pizza Mia that I was totally satisfied with. “In response to Pizza Mia’s reply” i’m sorry I didn’t know that pizza Mia doesn’t have a fryer. When I called to place an order for pick up The person on the phone didn’t tell me that it wasn’t a chicken Parmesan sandwich. I think then that pizza Mia should probably not call it a chicken Parmesan sub than, because it’s deceiving, unintentionally I’m sure. How about chicken Breaded and baked in the oven? Just a thought thank you I love your food!

Ordered pizza. Called an hour later asking for status. “It’s coming out of the oven now.” That was 45min ago. Called back at the 2 hour mark: “on its way now.” What’s a person supposed to do? After 2 hours? Should I assume I’m not getting it? Should I call for wildly inaccurate estimate? Never never never again spot. That’s the last time we’ll ever (attempt to) get food from them again. The driver was friendly and we felt bad he was probably nervous delivering a 2 hour late pizza.

Stopped in with my son for a quick bite during errands. Failed to research this place on the internet before ordering. Was told after waiting 20 minutes, while looking forward to a nice lunch out, that we couldn't dine in because they haven't met the protocols. Nice to know AFTER waiting and paying. So a quick stop turned into eating pizza in the car. I will NEVER return. That information should have been posted or at least relayed upon ordering. Information omission is bad practice.

Although the place was clean and the greeter was very nice, there was one major problem for me. Observed three men cooking in the back handling food with no gloves. One guy just walked out of the bathroom in the hallway. Started handling my wings was wondering whether he washed his hands before he reentered the back area In this day and age people should be wearing gloves when handling food my opinion though
