Los Gallos

Seated on arrival and received chips, salsa, and our drinks within minutes. I’m not surprised at the quick service as it’s an evening midweek and wasn’t all that busy during my visit. Appetizers were spinach queso dip and guacamole. Both were pretty pain in flavor but not disgusting. Dip looked watery and the guac was almost brown in color. Food arrived not long after. I got the El Matador plate with a side of tortillas to help eat it. My guest got the Ed Special burrito. Our entrees stole the show. Absolutely delicious. We even tried the spinach dip on the burrito. Definitely a recommended combo. Overall, the service was excellent as was most of our meal. Will for sure come back. Update: I ordered the bone-in wings a few days after my prior terrible visit. I placed my order by phone call They were ready for pick up when I arrived 20mins later. The wings on a quality scale: 3 out of 10. I will not eat here anymore. Horrible customer service at 𝐋𝐨𝐬 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝. Walked in for assistance with an online order. The two white female servers walked by me multiple times and IGNORED me as I sat at the bar hungry and confused about how to get my food order completed. It was 4:15pm. The restaurant wasn’t busy at that time; one server seemed like she had an attitude and the other one obviously was in a rush to leave out the door. Never felt so unwelcome, and there needs to be some kind of training or new worker hiring cause the current group is unaccommodating and rude.
