Subway

I'm not sure why their hours say they are open until 7. They had everything closed up at 6:30 when I tried to get a sub the other night. The one girl who always seems to be working is extremely rude. I normally tip anywhere I go as I work in the food service industry but I won't tip here.. half the time you go to the counter no one is there to wait on you OR they are so busy doing online orders they can't wait on in store customers because there is only one person working. Terrible place..I don't plan to go back until they change a few things..

Maybe im confused just if a store is open until 7 do they typically stop takkng money and making food at 630? Also seem like after 530 this location starts to close and is always out if chicken and tuna. Also wondering if its typical practice to tell customers to wait while staff makes a phone call. We are here 3 nights a week and will never spend another dime here with the serive weve recieved week after week. The ataf is literally ignoring multiple people wjile they hide in the back and wait for 7. 🤮

I'm surprised this isn't being better managed. Staff are working alone in peak business hours. Long lines and staff aren't not multi tasking. With online orders there should be two people in. You shouldn't have to wait 20 mins to get served with only 3 people in line. I've worked for subway and can see their training has gone down hill. This location is prime being in the Sunnyside Mall food court a destination place to eat. You are missing out on many opportunities for your business.

Please update your hours. This is NOT the first time I've walked to the Sunnyside location to get my supper but it will be my last. I get there at 6:33pm and it is already closed up?! (Google's states 7pm and when I asked google at 6:22pm it said it was open for another 38 minutes. Please update you hours of operation!

Just picked up lunch and used my points from my app because they told me they would expire. Got 2 dollars off. Then the girl misheard me say I wanted a bottle instead of fountain drink and charged me an extra 2.98... how does that make any sense?! So my normal meal cost 15 something and then I paid 12 something plus 3 dollars. Great system to scam your app users!

June 25 at 9 30 a.m. ish ... I just got an English Muffin breakfast from this store in Sunnyside mall Last time when I got one from the same store the lady who was a different person from today's asked me what kind of cheese I wanted and told me I could choose veggies and sauces.. Even the chain on Spring Garden road also had the same system of asking customers what they want to add.... but this lady today.. she just put whatever cheese she wanted to put, didnt ask if I needed anything more and just gave me an English Muffin only with the cheese, an egg, and bacons.. without any sauce or other veggies.. when I asked her about it she told me I was supposed to tell her everything.. I was waiting for her to ask.. what if someone who never had any experience with Subway comes and orders something? It was so mean.. Thinking back of it I find her so rude.. you should inform customers of what options and benefits they have rights to have in whatever case!! She is so not good at what shes doing..
