Best sharp cheddar I have had in a long while. Most cheddar cheese in grocery stores do not contain any or enough probiotic enzymes needed to aid in digestion.

Came back to Maine to visit from Michigan. Went in with my friend Jackie, who recommended it. They have a tremendous selection and Alex was extremely helpful with both the cheese and wine selection. Everyone was very friendly and Alex had a great personality! Will be back the next time we come back to Maine.

Wonderful shop with a variety of excellent and unique selections of cheese, wine, spreads, other accompaniments! So glad we stopped in as we were passing through Belfast. We had to wait for our food to be freshly prepared at the Daily Soup anyway. We bought 1/4 lb each of 4 different cheeses, an olive spread, and a red wine. Looking forward to relaxing and sampling these when we arrive home in about 4 hours

A must go destination while in Belfast, Maine. Most delicious cheeses you will find anywhere in the world. The owner, Biff is a treasure trove of knowledge and probably the kindest man you may have the great fortune to meet.
