Brennans Bar - Belfast - Photo album

Enjoyed the All-day Fry very much. My first try of soda bread -I liked it. Prawn Marie rose was fine. Tte steak in the mixed grilled was overdone although we asked for medium doneness. Love the Irish beer. It’s very light and easily drinkable. Guinness in Ireland tastes far better than the Guinness
Old fashioned bar with friendly staff. Food is home quality, typical irish bar stuff, ie stew, fish and chips etc. There will be many tourists here due to it being close to so many international hotels, ie Europa and Leonardo. Worth the visit and meal, cheaper than some places about.
+ Good Live Music at Thursday + Fish&Chips great. + Different types of Cider
Perfect place to have a pint and watch any of the matches. Big screens inside. Pints are not expensive either. Very friendly, quick staff
First stop on our whirl wind tour of downtown Belfast pubs. We were starving and the fish and chips were on special. We were not disappointed and the service was pretty good. As an Irish American I had to get a Guinness in the old country to measure the differences of the US to Iteland versions.
Randomly walked in on a Saturday night as the first bar on our belfast trip - was not disappointed! Loud music, drinks galore, dancing, singing, friendly people, quick service. We finished the trip with a visit here too it was very good! We didn't get a chance to eat but the menu was vast, the food
A great pint of Guinness 9.4 and a great atmosphere in here, the football was on and it was packed but we managed to find seating very easily. The service was great and staff friendly Again so many tourists and quite a few regulars, love the diversity of the bars in Belfast.
Awesome place. I have been away from Ireland for many a year and just had a family meet up. The entertainment, food and staff were magnificent. It really was a highlight of our trip and I will be sure to go back when visiting again. Thanks folks.
Visited Sunday 25th. June for late lunch. Pub very busy but served immediately. Food excellent and very fairly priced in comparison with other local pubs/restaurants. Enormous portions which we were unable to finish . Best of the lot along this road.
Great food. Don't put your leg up on a chair though. They don't like it! Had a sore foot too 😫
Food was great (mushroom and beef pie) along with a pint of Hop House 13. Ate dinner with another family we met in the pub up from the Republic on Holiday.
Food is brilliant atmosphere brill live music most nights only downside is they don't do draft soft drinks but apart from that it's defo a place to go back to when I'm staying in belfast
I had not been in this pub since it was called the Beaton Docket. Good food great atmosphere, friendly staff
This is the pub I choose to go to while in Belfast. Really nice staff and good bit of seating. Music both nights I was there, first night down stairs and second upstairs.
Great people!!! Awesome hospitality and nice atmosphere!!! Felt like home and we were treated very well.
Service was very slow but the food really good and atmosphere was pleasant so was worth waiting for, great pints of Coors also . Worth the visit.
