The Devenish

First time eating here and was not disappointed. There is a carpark at the complex. We went on a Thursday evening and it was quite busy, even with this the food arrived quickly. The server was friendly and came back to our a couple of times during our meal to check if everything was ok or we needed anything. The food was lovely, their peppered sauce was very tasty and both our mains were a good sized portion. They have an outdoor area with picnic tables and many people were taking advantage of the good evening to enjoy a drink or meal outside.

Sat outside cos the weather was fantastic. Very pleasant place to sit with plenty of tables and chairs. Not sure that I would have been keen on sitting inside as it's quite dark. Not sure if that's just for the ambience but not my preferred setting. Not sure how often the glasses would have been cleared from the table as I took in empties each time I visited the bar! Staff were nice.
