Thought I had paid for a birthday cake order online but realised I hadn't - quickly rang the store to ask if they could do a cake next day for me. They said they would double check, took my name and number, and exactly what I wanted and promptly rang me back to accept the order once the bakers were happy. They were so kind & understanding and it was so appreciated!
Was ordering cupcake gift for a friend living in Belfast. I had to phone the bakery to help with my order since online has a payment limit. Shannon who I spoke with with was absolutely superb and helped place my order for delivery to my friend. I live in Dublin, so could not arrange collection of the cupcake gift. Really appreciate all the time she spent on the phone to me and advising with the order. Customer service was excellent. Thank you Shannon!
Live overseas & wanted to surprise our son, who lives in Belfast, with a Red Velvet cake for his 21st. Laura & Jennifer were brilliant & the cake was not only fantastic to look at but apparently absolutely delicious. Would recommend and will definitely use French Village Bakery again! Thank you!
Ordered the lemon gateau for a birthday party and everyone said it was delicious. I found the staff were exceptionally friendly too. They also have a useful website so very satisfied all round and will use again.
I ordered a cake on 7th February 2023 for the birthday of a relative who does body building . The cake was plain sponge and jam , fully iced . The result was very innovative and amazing , decorated with edible dumbbells , weights , gym mat etc . I was delighted with the decoration - and the cake was delicious

Top class 10-inch cake baked and prepared to specification wonderfully. A pleasure to work with the bakers at French Village ... true partners with the customer. Crowd of twelve munched the cake over two days. 🎂👍👍👍🤝🤝
Got a 50th Birthday cake made from French Village. The cake looked fantastic and tasted delicious. Everybody commented on how lovely it looked & tasted. Would highly recommend
Ordered a chocolate celebration cake (the large little green one) and it was great. The cake was the perfect size (10 inch I think) and went down a treat. Will definitely be ordering again!
