Went there for the hot chocolate, stayed for the gorgeous view of the Scottish Provident building.
The hot chocolate with oat milk was very nice.

By far the best hot chocolates with the choco whip included!! Staff are always so friendly and helpful and the place is kept very clean. My baby even got a free ice cream which was the first ice cream he ever had! Always a treat to come here!

Such friendly staff, beautifully laid out shop and of course we all know how great Hotel Chocolat items are 😊😊 one trip to the counter wasn’t enough lol a fantastic place! If I worked there I’d bring no wages home lol

I always enjoy a visit to Hotel Chocolat. I went recently with my daughter, after not having been for a while. We both had ice cream which was delicious as always. I was offered a VIP card, which I accepted. I have since received an email offering 15% off, so we are hoping to return again soon. It wasn't overly busy when we were there on Monday afternoon, it has sometimes been difficult to get a seat on previous visits.
