Had a fab night at Dirty Dancing the musical here. Everything is well organised and staff are very helpful and pleasant. There are a range of drinks served at the bars, including spirits, wine, and beer. You can pre-order your drink at the bar for the interval. Just be sure to order at the bar on th
Lovely opera house, modernised but has a lovely feel about it. Good views from most seating areas. Lovely bar area on first floor overhanging the street with floor to cieling glass for a great views.
Such a beautiful building, outside and in. The opulent auditorium was just a wonder to sit and view. The architect (whom you can read about within the foyer) certainly pulled out the stops!!! The newer part, with bars and seating areas is airy and modern, easy access with a lift to all floors. Staf
Old style theater with red decorations. 4 floors which allow for a nice view of the stage. The columns are slim, circa 10 cm each, so the are not that annoying even for the cheapest seats. Bars in every floor, with an offer of ice cream among drinks. Good sound system, even a little away of the stag
Book tickets in advance they are always house-full. Also on Saturday morning for 10.50 pound they have a opera tour which is magnificent 😀. Most of show tickets are from 24 pound to 55 pound 💷
Had an absolutely Fabulous time taking my 9 year old and husband to their first proper pantomime. We all enjoyed it so much!! Staff are all so friendly and helpful, great performances by all the actors and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.
I am a frequent visitor at the Grand Opera House, this time we went to see Saturday Night Fever it was one of the best shows I have ever seen. Since the major renovations the building is even more beautiful, with better sets & all of the staff are so friendly. It is my favourite venue in Northern Ir
My friend and I were recently in Belfast for a couple of days and bought tickets to the musical, 42nd Street. The performance was amazing and the opera house is the most exquisite building I've seen. A must see if you visit Belfast.
Went to see 42nd Street on Thursday with my sister, an amazing show from start to finish, the cast were fabulous, acting, singing and dancing first class, Nicole-Lily Baisden is such a talented young lady. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it was great to be back in the theatre.
Went to see the bodyguard on Tuesday night, and it was so good. Well worth the watch The opera house was beautiful the staff were lovely. We had seats in the grand circle. I will definitely book those again
Great production. Visited with a group of friends. Plenty of ushers around to help find seats.
A very nice place after renovation! Really enjoyed the Adams family musical. Bars and all facilities are all top nothch.
The Girl from the North Country was an excellent show. The cast members performed well. Their voices carried the opera house. It was a highlight of the trip to Belfast. I am glad the Grand Opera House provided that feel good moment.
I was always mesmerized by the outside and finally managed to go there for The Commitments last Saturday. Breathtaking! Simply breathtaking! And the show fantastic but The Grand Opera House - I just can't wait for next one!
Had the most amazing night at the Opera House with a friend to see Vincent Simone with Tango Passions. Such a beautiful building, never seases to amaze me, The ceiling and the auditorium is out of this world.
I love a trip to the theatre and GoH never disappoints. I love the grandeur of the auditorium and the renovations have provided so much more toilet space and bar spaces. It makes the interval so much more enjoyable with less queues!
Fantastic venue. Great view from anywhere in the place. Fast service at the bars and being able to pre order drinks for the half time interval was good. Well worth visiting to see a show.
Very nice building. The Cinderella performance was funny and pleasant. The acting of the actors was great.
Stunning building inside and out. The ceiling of the Opera House is absolutely beautiful. My family and I went to see Oliver! on Friday past and it was the best show I have seen in years. The talent on stage blew us away. I didn't want it to end! Fagan stole the show but everyone was fantastic. Than
