Much improved since my last visit and great to see the starbucks concession has opened in store where the cafe used to be

Good place for groceries. We don't go here often, but when we do, we never have anything bad to say bout this place. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Popped into Sainsbury's today, self checkouts have been redone and busy updating software so couldn't use them. They had a lot of tills open to assist in this which is great queue management. I noticed that the old coffee shop that had previously been used for storage etc, was getting work done...went out to the car and noticed the Starbucks sign outside ..so Starbucks is coming soon to Sainsbury's in Hollywood! Great addition. Don't know when though as I haven't seen any announcements.

Great store, lovely staff, a good experience.

Prices are great, and there's a good selection of products, but there are other branches nearby that have a much better selection. Store was also felt very dreary when I was in. Lighting seemed a bit dim and there was no music playing. Softer lighting and a bit of music/radio would make the place a lot more pleasant.

Good store, everything that you need, you can find there. Good discounts.

Always good selection of products and well stocked. Staff always visible around store if needed. Checkout staff could be a little bit more considerate when scanning products while customer packs. Some really go too fast and are quite heavy handed with products .

I have been shopping at this store for many years and find it a relaxed place to shop. On the whole the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the young members of staff. There is one older member of staff who seems to perhaps be a supervisor who can be found at the very temperamental self service check outs. She is a very unsmiling person who seems to resent being asked for help, which is always the case with those check outs. Because of this I tend to avoid that area. She let's the other staff down and perhaps would be better moved into the background.

Better than the sprucefield Sainsbury's but a mile. Great selection of produce

Great store, always a lot quieter than Tesco.

As usual, good shopping. No hand set purchase system though.

Good place to shop and have a coffee in coffee shop

Great craft and international beer selection, plus the lady at the tills asked me for ID despite me being well past legal age and therefore can do no wrong.
