Our first night in Belfast, brought us to The Common Market. This is a great place, full on enjoyable atmosphere. Something for everyone, food wise. We had a great burger from, Smashed it.
The only thing is they charge you one pound to get in I felt this was a bit cheeky.
Other wise great to go to.

We tried the Common Market in Belfast today. It is a large warehouse with lots of street food style pop ups inside it. (If you didn't already know!) We were early-ish so some weren't open but we settled on Hey Chick! Which sells a range of chicken burgers and fries etc. I had the Buffalo fried burger, my friend had the Nashville hot burger and we shared a portion of buffalo junk fries. The burgers were really good. They are pure chicken fillet with a spicy coating. The Nashville hot one really is quite hot and spicy so be sure you like your heat! The lattice style fries were very good with lots of cheese sauce and pickles on them. Overall very good. I would have liked to try the Canadian Poutine but it wasn't open. Maybe next time!

Wow wow wow! What a place! A proper little gem hidden away in Belfast. About ten little take away kitchens all providing different types of food and two bars! I went to smash bro burger. Absolutely stunning! Will defiantly be back. One of the nicest burgers I’ve ever eaten!!

Absolutely fantastic choice of food and drink, everything we ordered was amazing. Would definitely go back.

Visited Lasa Filipino Fusion over the weekend what a fabulous place, food was amazing. We had a couple of dishes to share, along with superb live music

Good street food location containing the famous smas bros. burger as well as other street food stalls selling, Greek, Mexican,Korean and Canadian Poutine amongst others as well as a bar selling the usual Beers and spirits. Enjoyed my Korean fish and chips and Poutine.
Daughter described the burger as the best she has ever had.
Seating is big communal bench affairs and so you take it as is. My table was a bit sticky so don't expect squeaky clean.
If you are going to Smash Bros the queue was super long with a 30 minute wait for burgers.
As well as the street food there can be live music (not always).
Additionally when I went there were market stalls selling sweet treats, artisan tableware and household goods as well as clothes.
Well worth a visit at the weekend. Not sure of opening times during the week. Maybe closed.

Great place to go with the family in the afternoon or with friends anytime. Great selection on food outlets, bar with plenty on options, and music

Outstanding food and atmosphere you could easily spend a day here eating and drinking

Great atmosphere. Lots of space. You have to provide contact details as you enter. Bar is currently table service. Lots of different food choices and good opening hours.
The glass for my Prosecco wasn’t fully dry.
The regular vegan burger from Hey! chick was amazing though! Chips were slightly over done for my preference. You get a device to sit at your table which will then buzz when your food is ready.
Music is nice and loud so a great atmosphere. All the staff were lovely and helpful too.

Loved this place - such a nice atmosphere and great food. Only soft drink sizes could be bigger 😄

Went to Common Market for Post meal drinks and it was great. Live music and sport on the TV screen.

Drinks are a little pricey (not too dissimilar to other places in the area) but the open atmosphere and wide range of food vendors is a nice environment to sit for a few before heading home early. Not a late night kind of place.

Common market is a favourite spot, always better in the evening time when live music is playing and the atmosphere is fab. Queues can be long for food so always go with a relaxed timeframe! Also make sure to check out the seats upstairs - your own table and sofas too! Only thing missing is a dessert place - bring back moon gelato stall!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, we came for food but some of the stalls were closed which was a little disappointing. Anyway, from what we did see there was a lot of choice ranging from burgers to pizza to poutine to gyros. The bar was fully stocked a few the Guinness was fantastic. A great place to visit for this alone.
