Just as good as any other Starbucks. lobby is closed! We walked over and could not go inside. You have to use the drive through

The staff is unfailing kind at this location! We pick up orders for work often, and they handle it like pros. Today I stopped by and a couple cars behind me were exhibiting some less than stellar behavior to the staff (insulting, aggressive) I could hear it from the open window of my vehicle. The manager on duty was incredibly professional, and handled it perfectly while the team member helping me was professional. Give this team props when you can, service is a hard spot to be.

Clean, well lit store with lots of seating, merchandise, and food/drink! 3 of us stopped in for an afternoon pick me up. Helpful and pleasant staff too. Location is nice as there is an abundance of stores right in the same area.

When I visited this store there were no other customers inside and only a couple of vehicles in the drive-thru. So different than here in Canada, where Starbucks are more frequently busy than not. A week or two before visiting this store, I had been to the Starbucks in Lynden two or three times. That store too was very quiet so I took the opportunity to talk to the barista & I found out that this was the only Starbucks in the town of Lynden. Initially I was shocked to hear this because here in Canada it seems like there's a Starbucks every where you look - and the majority of them are busy stores! Well, it didn't take me long to figure out the cause of this... the coffee at the US Starbucks is no where near the quality that it is here. Each coffee or coffee beverage I had from the US store was burnt! I commented to my American friend about this and he said, "yeah, that why we call it Charbucks!"
Very strange that Starbucks doesn't correct this issue in the US - they could be making so much more money than they already are!

1. The music in the lobby is waaaaaay to loud. At 7 am no customer should walk in and question whether they’re at Starbucks or a nightclub. The music volume level is anxiety inducing.
2. This is my go-to Starbucks. I’ve adapted my order from a decaf drip to a decaf-americano because the time it takes to complete a decaf pour over, while no problem for me, is always problematic for the staff and the customers behind me in the drive-thru. I’ve made the adjustment, which also means paying almost a $1 more for my short decaf, but it is frustrating. I wish there was a way for Starbucks to accommodate its decaf customers without the added cost.

I usually get good help from here but to be honest this Starbucks is really up and down. They close often without notice and the employees I feel are very rushed so sometimes I get cold food which it happens. I’m not sure what’s going on and I hope you guys get your kinks at this location worked out because it’s a convenient location and I come almost every day. But might avoid this location till you guys figure things out. Update:Lobby has been open and seemed to have a few new staff fingers crossed this is what they needed

If I could give no stars I would. I attempted to go here the other day. At 3:18 in the afternoon I approached the door and an employee rushed the door locking it, screaming thru the closed door "We are closed" and walked away without once looking at me. A hand written sign on the door stated they would be closing at 5:30. I would like to reiterate it was only 3:18. I was on a special errand for a loved one who is in the hospital and was unable to fulfill their wish. The next closest store isn't currently doing the type of beverage that was requested so this was the only option. The lack of stars is not because of them being closed, or the inability to get the requested beverage, but is all due to the one employee who couldn't take 30 seconds to acknowledge me.
