It's a shame I can't give them 0 stars. It's my last evening with my partner before I have to move out to finish the lockdown as he has to return to work. All we wanted was a relaxing night together where no one has to cook. At half 5 we placed an order for a 7pm delivery. At 7:15pm there was still no sign of our food. I then got an update to say our order was delayed to 7:40pm. I can appreciate they might be busy, but they had an hour and a half to get the food ready. At 7:50pm still no food. We are both very hungry by this point so I tried to call them. The phone was constantly busy and I tried to redial for half an hour. Eventually the food arrived at 8:20pm. It was cold and items were missing. I'm still unable to get through so can't tell them we were missing food. I will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered from Just Eat at 9.15pm, was never delivered despite them updating Just Eat to say it had been, and then closed. Happy to take people's money, not deliver and lie about it! Don't answer phone either so will not order from them again. If I had the chance, I would put 0 stars but Google doesn't allow honesty

Always order from just eat at pearl gardens for our Chinese. The food is sometimes great and adequate every other time. Our biggest problem is that they have no worries being an hour late than the stated order time with no apology. Ordered around 6 times the last year 4 out of 6 times it was around 30- 60 minutes late. Today still waiting for our food. Ordered at 18:16. delivery time stated 19:10. It's now 19:42 wheres my order!!

Absolutely shocking !! Waited 2 hours for food which still didn’t turn up was then told that it’ll be another 30 minutes and when I said it hasn’t been cooked yet was told it was cooking now and I’d have to wait as everyone is waiting 2 hours ! But I was told 45min to an hour also want £61.00 for food that’s normally £45 at kambles
