Best Cafe Chain Our clear favorites were : Madras Filter Coffee and Royal Samrat Coffee : Both these were amazing. Madras Filter Coffee had that delicious aroma which will take you for a virtual tour of a coffee estate somewhere in the lush greens of Nilgiris. It created a freshness beyond explanation. Royal Samrat had a very rich aroma. The froth and the balanced Coffee flavor was very different. Both these are #MustHave at Kalmane Koffee. Onion Samosa and Vegetable Cheese Balls : Onion Samosa was brilliant. Very hyginecally cooked, it had that rustic flavor of a road-side Samosa. Mildly spiced with a very crisp outer covering. Vegetable Cheese Balls were out of the world. Crisp outer covering with hot cheese inside. Best part of Veg Cheese Balls was that there was a hint of Green Chutney in the center of the filling.
