Good food and good ambience. The service was excellent too unlike what is described in some comments here but then we went at a time when there was hardly any crowd. The drinks were a bit on the too sweet side though.
Overall pretty good that I would go again someday but not good enough that I'll make this a regular joint.

Ambiance is good.
Best time to visit at evening to fill the atmosphere.
Place is good for both veg and non veg food, and obviously taste origin is north indian type.
This place also provide buffet both veg and non veg food at noon. They have happy hour offer during 12:00 PM - 09:00PM

Real taste of Punjab.
We had ordered butter roti with Kukkad makhnawala and Taazi methi murgh ke tikke, taste was really good..
Absolutely finger licking. They also serve bottled beer.. Ambience was very much calm.. we had been in the afternoon and it wasn't that crowded but still we had to wait for our order to get cooked for a certain while.
But in the end it was all about having a tummy full of tasty food.

On the lookout for a wholesome meal, I happened to go here for lunch with a couple of friends. The interior is well done. There is a scooter placed in the middle that gives it the Punjab vibe. The decor is very retro and dhaba like. Its like a pop of colours. Nothing about the place is a let down in terms of what i had in mind.
Food & Drinks:
I started my meal with the Kukkad Shorba. For anyone who likes Shorba that is filled with great flavours, this is great. We then had the Dahi Kebab. I've had this at very few places that I like before, and this was one of the few that made the list. I enjoyed this dish. It was spiced perfectly and the slight sweet in the curd appeals to the palate.
The other dish i liked was the Lahori Seekh. It was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and flavoursome.
The Taazi Methi Murgh ka tikka was another dish i really liked. Its packed with flavour. The meat was cooked very well and the marination was perfect.
Oye Amritsar also offers one of the best Dal Makhani's. Its so creamy and yum. The Kukkad Makhanwala was another dish i LOVED. Its a modified version of butter chicken. It was sooo creamy and nothing could have made the meal better! <3
Then came the desserts, Gulab Jamun and Jalebi. The Jalebi was love. It was crisp and gooey and the right amount of sweet. The Gulab jamun was the way i like it. Not too soggy, and not too sweet.
All in all, enjoyed the meal. Satiated my lunch cravings!
Service:
The food is served fast and hot. That's one of the things i really liked. The staff is sweet and the manager was a delight. He ensured everything was good and was open to all kinds of feedback. It was very accommodative of the staff to take our suggestions!
A great place to have tummy full of food that doesn't burn a hole in your pockets!

Food-4.5/5 ( Bit extra for the amazing Daal Makhni)
Ambience-4/5
Service-3.5/5
Hygiene-4/5
Price-3.5/5
Fire Safety - No visible secondary exit. Fire safety equipment were there. Restaurant is located on 1st floor accessible through lift and stairs. Exit point is not blocked.
The name only epitomises the place that you can expect. Yes, it's an all out Punjabi food joint. With loud ambience, quirky decor and cheeky taglines. Ambience is set to be around to be a lounge joint.
Especially the chefhttps cheeky taglines are well thought and put up. Adds to the fun element.
Welcome drink was lassi, thick amazing and awesome on taste. It was filled with goodness of nuts and raisins. I loved it. They were served in shot glass and presented well.
Chaas was salty and good contrast to the sweet lassi and was refreshing as well.
Sometimes, most odd of food taste so amazing. And this time it was Masala Papad. It had some chatpata magic in it. I helped myself with 3 of them. Lol. It had that light drizzle of oil and good seasoning of fresh onion, coriander and tomato along with Chaat masala and some other ingredients.
"Punjabi Paneer Tikka" had the softness and delicacy of the Paneer you get in northern part of India. They were just deluctable and would almost melt in mouth.
"Malai Broccoli" was creamy, juicy and delicious. I loved it.
"Palak Anjeer Tikka" was an unique dish but didn't quite like it much. The Anjeer taste was over powering the masala flavour. Didn't quite go well with me.
"Lahori Sheekh" and "Gilafi Sheekh" both were buttery and yummy. They are the darling of starters to go along with drinks. They were well made, well marinated and well done finally.
"Dal Makhani" was something I fell in love. I seldom get good Dal Makhani in this part of India. And all bows to the chef for creating the masterpiece.
"Chicken Biryani" is something which I would not suggest as Punjabi cuisine has not got anything of Biryani as such. It's more of chicken pulao. Bit on sweeter side. But tasted good and fragnant however although not as per my pallate.
"Rogani Rawali Meat" was tenderly done and soft when bit. It went very well with the bread assortment served, which were good as well.
Rabdi and Jalebi a heart melting combination was done the perfect way too. It tasted delicious and yummy.
Although restaurant seemed not full on occupancy that evening, the service was bit too slow. There was confusion among staff and we had to re confirm our orders couple of times. However the manager tried to keep the show running and did his best to tie the loose ends. May be the huge delivery orders which could not be quite managed well.
Nevertheless, the food was by far good to have and I loved that.
Thanks to manager for the invite. And wish them well.

Oye is a typical word used when you want to call an unknown person. Oye Amritsar is a typical place you must visit when you crave for a Punjabi cuisine. It was on a Saturday night I went to this restaurant for dinner.
🍅🌶️🍄🍗🍖🥩🥓🥘🍙🥗🍚🍛🍵🍹
🇦The ambience of the restaurant is pretty good, it is big and spacious. I loved their catchy quotes which are hung around the restaurant walls. A lambergetta is placed in the middle. The lightings are pretty good too.The seating arrangements are pretty good they can easily accommodate 100 people.
🇸 The service at this restaurant needs a little bit of improvement. I wish the crew members could be more agile. Communication may be a problem if you don't know Hindi and if the manager is not around while taking the order.
🇫🍽️ What I ate ???
🍴 Punjabi paneer tikka ➡️ The paneer chunks were well marinated with spices and grilled well. The paneer cubes were soft. I loved the gravy which had covered the paneer completely.
🍴Palak anjeer tikka ➡️ It was the goodness of anjeer which was associated with the palak. The palak anjeer was quite unconventional yet tasted good.
🍴Taazi mehtihi murgh tikka ➡️ The Taazi mehtihi murgh was juicy, it was grilled well with the Indian spices.
🍴Sarson mahi tikka ➡️ It was a fish starter which had the right mix of the spices such as pepper and salt. The aroma and taste was simply superb.
🍴Lahori sheek ➡️ Full marks to this mutton starter. It was the minced mutton which were mixed well with ginger, chillies and the authentic punjabi masalas along with other ingredients. The Lahori sheek was cooked well and tasted good.
🍴Gilafi sheekh ➡️ It was pretty similar to a barbecue, it was the Minced meat which was cooked well. The Gilafi sheekh tasted good.
🍴Raiwali meat ➡️ The Raiwali meat was a treat to eyes and the taste buds. The mustard seeds were spread around. The meat seemed to be fresh as well. The rogani Raiwali was simply amazing.
🍴 Chicken biryani ➡️ I liked the Chicken Biryani, it had generous amount of chicken chunks in them. The masala and gravy were in right quantity with the rice.
🍴Jalebi and rabdi ➡️ One of the best crunchy fresh jalebi I ever had. To add to it the rabdi tasted good. The combination of jalebi and rabdi was too good.
All in all oye Amritsar has I said is one of the best places to try it out Punjabi food. Most of the outlets of oye Amritsar I have visited hasn't disappointed me, offcourse minus few things. It is a place which can be considered for both family and friends. I liked their ambience and those puns all around the restaurant.

This punjabi themed restaurant in Koramangala is a complete package for all your north indian cravings. Typical dhaba style ambiance with lots of bollywood posters around. Food with lovely punjabi songs will certainly a perfect combination here. Got a chance to visit this place with couple of friends.
We started with lassi shots which was nice. It was thick and creamy with perfect amount of sugar.
We tried couple of mocktails which are green mango delight, sea breeze, apple Sunshine, green park, fruit punch, blue lemonade. Fruit punch was amazing and must try if you want something to drink apart from lassi.
Veg Starters which are worth ordering here are punjabi paneer tikka, palak anjeer tikka and malai broccoli.
Non veg starters which are must try here are lahori sheek, gilafi sheek and taazi mehtihi murgh tikka.
Lahori seekh was a mutton kabab which was prepared with perfection. It was juicy and delicious.
Taazi mehtihi murgh tikka was something different which they have in their menu. It was creamy and juicy.
Must recommended main course are Dal makhni, kadai paneer, rogani raiwali meat and raara kukkad.
Dal mukkni was perfectly cooked. It was deliciously creamy and smooth. Perfectly goes with naan or tandoori roti.
Raara kukkad also taste nice, prepared with lots of chicken keema in the gravy.
We tried Biryani as well but somehow it doesn't able to please me much. Although aroma and flavour from the biryani was nice.
Jalebi with rabdi is a perfect desert to end your meal with. Jalebi was crisp and hot with amble amount of sugar. Perfectly goes with rabdi.
Overall a great place to experience some delicious north indian food. Service was bit slow which I felt they need to improve on. Worth visiting for the quality of food they serve.

Ambience -- The name speaks for itself. I just landed up in this place casually and it is right next to the banana beach in Koramangala and to my surprise, this place is such fun amazing theme based ambience. Balle Balle this is it, it's a complete Punjabi Dhaba style interiors with Bollywood stars, collaged pictures. a battle of colours and textures with a streak of quirk gives u a unique feel. The ambience is fun its perfect for a group of family and friends to gather and share. Decorations are quite unusual for a dhaba with painted milk cans and the old scooter with Bollywood stars stickers on the wall and the tables were also decorated with fun filling colourful Bollywood stickers which makes it unique and creates the funky vibes as I am a rooftop lover this restaurant kept me lively
Food -- the true blue Punjabi in people will be thrilled to eat in this rooftop space it's a pretty unique experience dining with steel plates and gives u a dhaba feel.
They also provide a buffet.
Coming to the food I recommend.
Fruit punch mocktail --the mixed fruit punch was a fruity delight with the combination of fruits and it took everyones attention for there presentation.
Veg starters
Palak anjeer Tikki -- all vegans will love this, a combination of spinach fine paste with stuffed anjeer cooked channa dal was lip-smacking.
Malai broccoli -- the cheesy and creamy marinated broccoli with other spices well roasted and was crunchy and healthy too.
Non-veg starters
Taazi Mehtihi Murgh Tikka -- it tasted as hariyali chicken tikka quite popular in north India. It was well marinated with green leaves, with a melange of flavoursome spices, was scrumptious and appetizer.
Gilafi sheek-- the name speaks for itself... It was perfectly cooked with a gilaf. A minced lamb with the spices and cheese tasted well
Main course -- chicken biryani with basmati rice was with its perfect aromatic & the chicken was cooked
Finally, I enjoyed the authentic Punjabi food here.
Desserts:-
Jilabi -- Punjabis special all dessert and sweet tooth lovers will definitely live this.
It's a pretty unique experience dining. I will definitely visit again with my family.

Went there with my team for dinner
We started with Lassi & Chaas for a Desi start.
Tried Lime Soda, Green Mango Delight, Sea Breeze,Apple Sunshine,Green Park, Fruit Punch and Blue Lemonade in mocktails. My liked fruit punch and green Mango delight the most, won't say they are a must try, better go with the Lassi.
In veg starters Garden Fresh Salad, Masala Papad,Punjabi Paneer Tikka (too good), Palak Anjeer Tikki (quiet weird combination, I think Anjeer was not going well with Palak) and Malai Brocolli.
In Nov veg Taazi Mehtihi Murgh Tikka was yummmm, Sarsonwali Mahi Tikka, Lahori Sheek and Gilafi Sheek we're decent.
But the start of the show was "Dal Makhani", which is a mustt musst try, Kadai Paneer was also good, don't think twice before ordering these two.
For non veg main course Rogani Raiwali Meat and Raara Kukkad we're good.
Chicken Biryani was made in Punjabi style, which is not that great so better avoid the same.
Jalebi with Rabdi perfectly closed the evening.🙃
Ambience was decent but the service really turned me off 😛 guys you need to improve on the same.
Cheers to team Oye Amritsar!!
