This hotel was referred by my friend . Your biryani should be improved in taste. Lot of ghee in my biryani.
Starters was not that great.

So this place has an history of making amazing Biryani since 1935. Since not being of Bangalore, was never aware of, this legacy of sorts, till I tried it. Turns out to be really good, balanced spicy food.

Food is very good taste and quality wise. Staff are courteous and pleasant. Service is reasonable quick. Menu is elaborate. Ambience is good.
No parking nearby and no Valet.
Mutton leg paya (trotter soup) is excellent. This is one of the very few places that serves beja fry (brain). They have good sheek kabab. Biriyani is also good. They also have a decent dessert menu.
Definitely a good place to dine.

Technically I have spent my entire childhood eating their biryani. The all famous Taj hotel in Shivajinagar is were all the magic started. Chichaba's a more polished take on the place. They definitely have one of the best biryanis you can eat in bangalore (my favourite, i love the taste more than any biryani in town). I might be Biased because of my childhood memories but do give it a try and let me know what do you like that or not.
Only complaint with this place is the inconsistency in service, if they fix that they have a winner.

Lovely food experience. Sadly not a Great ambience. Service too can be lacksidal but for their mutton sheekh Kebaabs can give everything else a skip. Overall great food ..wish they introduce some good dessert options... but their starters and main course dishes are a treat for sure !!
