The crab shop is an extremely small but great place to pick up local seafood, dressed crab, shellfish and when available, lobster.
Since 2022 the shop has been in the ownership of Finney's, the brilliant local chip shop owners of Golden Fry Benllech (opposite) and Port Chippy in Amlwch Port. Now takes credit cards and same great quality as before but with higher prices.
We got fresh sea trout and a lobster π¦ here. Both were delicious! ππ
Small but perfectly formed! The smoked fish was absolutely delicious and the smoked prawns worth every penny. The only reason to not give it 5 stars is that the woman serving was distracted and didn't acknowledge our presence nor say anything else for that matter which was a bit disappointing
Pre ordered mussels (to make sure they had enough) fabulous stuff. We brought fresh dressed crab, scallops too..all top quality, superfresh. Only a small shack so pre order if you want to buy a quantity!
