Great food, beer and coffee. Lovely welcome. This pub is in a stunning location in the Tamar Valley - great views and walks. There was so much on the menu that I could have eaten! Highlights for lunch though were amazing soups and burgers.

We had two lovely meals here this week and feel we have only just scratched the surface - friendly staff with very good selection of local real ales and lagers - also very good selection of gins and rums - lots of home cooking on the menu which is high quality and very tasty - all the very best. Came back this week a year later and the drinks food and service are still excellent - great area for dogs in the garden

Excellent food and the whole kitchen is free from Gluten and Wheat. A friendly welcome and service, good quality and quantity of food. Good range of beers. A lovely beer garden to enjoy the summer. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing Sunday roast of smoked brisket, massive Yorkshire pudding and perfectly cooked veg. Great atmosphere and service. Not at all pretentious. Just genuinely friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!
