I enjoyed my classic philly cheese steak. With grilled onions plus sweet and hot peppers. I would like to go back again to try another sandwich. A small quiet place. Very quick service.

Best cheese steak sandwiches ever. I always stop and eat here every time I'm in Berkeley. Awesome customer service too. This time I got the sizzling Pig it's a steak sandwich with bacon. With sides of sweet potato fries & onion ring. If you like cheese steak sandwiches It's a must stop & try when you are in the area😁😁

Sadly the place in Berkeley the one place I used to go for 25 actually 30 plus years has now turned into a vet and there was only one place left in pinole or maybe Walnut Creek that I know of...

Very fast and the lady that helped me was very friendly the chicken and peppers on a roll was spicy and delicious I ordered large onion rings you wont leave hungry and it's a short walk on the same side of street as la quinta go you won't be sorry

The cheese steak was good but what made the place good was the lady working there. My brother is disabled, in a motorized wheelchair, this place has always welcomed him and welcomed me for my first time there!!!

The place is great the cheese steaks are big and tasty. And what puts it over the top are the great people working there. Unfortunately they lost their lease and will be closing November 1st.

This is hands down the best cheese steak place in the Bay. They have soft buns, juicy tender steak strips, a little heat with the peppers, a little sweet with the grilled onions, and all around perfection in my mouth.
Paired with a couple friends, a beer and a ball game.. you can't go wrong.
But if you're on weight watchers or some crazy $H!t like that, then stay all the way away from here. You won't be able to stop yourself. Fair warning..
