We went to pick out a ready-made ice cream cake for my birthday. We asked for a strawberry cheesecake ice cream flavor, and when we cut it open at home, it was vanilla and fudge caramel chips, with caramel layer in the middle. Unfortunately I hate caramel, so I was quite disappointed. If we pay $50 for a cake, the least they can do is give us the correct one.

I went in there to get a smoothie. The guy behind the counter made my smoothie a total of 4 times. The first two times he said it was too watery. So when he gave it to me after the 3rd time, it tasted like flavored water. He said he’d remake it. 4th one was even worse. I was the only customer in there and it took 20 minutes! It wasn’t even drinkable. I gave up and walked out the store. Threw the smoothie away. Waste of money and time.

Third class customer service.i went there and asked for restroom becoz I was in hurry .one worker asked me are u customer I said no but may be sometime,he let me go inside but when I was inside restroom suddenly light went off,again was on.i came out and I was in rush parking thing u know .. but one guy with beard with rude manner called using finger and said u used our restroom now buy something.he said that in such rude way making his eyes red literally that if I was somewhere in other places he could beat me so badly .i never felt so bad in any other places.he said buy something buy something again and again in rude way . Then another guy with whom I asked to go restroom said “don’t lie . Even though I said may be next time I’d buy something.he said no buy something now. Another guy said don’t lie next time even though I didn’t lie first time .some people were around there and they were trying to act as hero a smart and handsome in front of them.such a coward and third class way of talking . Manager over there need to teach those people how to behave with customer. I didn’t say I am customer I just said may be I’ll buy something coz I was in rush to go restroom in very simple way I could have gone back next time with friends or anyone there if customer service was a little good. That guy with beard today and his another friend was worst and don’t know how to behave..
