A nice and cozy breakfast place near Berkeley bowl market place. Mixed berry scone is very good with a cup of coffee. They have several kind of scone in showcase at the place and packaged scones are sold many place in Berkeley area.
At this moment of time, if you would like to dine in, you need to show a vaccination ID. To go order, no problem.

This place, alternately a gun store, Creamery, a refrigerator outlet, a couple of different cafes, and a real estate office over the past eight decades, has now settled into its current identity, sconehenge Bakery & Cafe, apparently a favorite of Berkeley's elderly who populate the cafe as I speak. Putting down a very straight ahead all American breakfast, reminiscent of one a person might find at Denny's, Sam's, or one of the old school breakfast places. For under $20 if you can get in and out with a decent meal bad. The staff is really nice I'm also this is a great place to hang out for an hour while you get your car service next door at Berkeley Honda.

I had to use the restroom so I went in there an order the chocolate croissant. Delicious!!... the chocolate chips inside the croissant were an added treat along with the chocolate in it. I use the bathroom I forgot and left my wallet on top of the toilet paper dispenser I didn't realize it till 10 minutes later I went back it was still there. Very nice people. Everyone Else breakfast look

Sorry, but this food didn’t stand a chance. I got the pancake breakfast! Oh and let me telling you, this joint was FIRE! It’s been a min since I’ve been here. These fluffy light pancakes was sooooooo good. These might be top 3 pancake spot in the Bay Area. The staff was awesome, I didn’t need a restroom break so I can’t review that. But this place has its own unique vibe. Pretty quite, and gets packed at the drop of a hat. I really enjoyed this place.

Simple and classic with the exception of some delicious scones. They sure know what they're doing over at sconehenge. Love the name too!

we got their regular and tea scones, one of their mexican dishes, a latte, and an omelet. The latte is kinda small and nothing special. But the scones were amazing! Buttery and crumbly. We were surprised at how many mexican dishes there were. they all seemed good—ours certainly was. It’s a popular spot but the wait isn’t bad during peak weekend brunch hours.
