First time entering the store, was slightly lost at finding some items. I grabbed the nearest person available who I think was a manager. She escorted me to all the items I needed and was so helpful that I will definitely be a returning. Many thanks to I think her name was Mitali? Went from a stressful experience to a calm sailing one.

The quality of goods in this store continues to be high but stocking also continues to be a little patchy due to supply issues or inability to get the products on the shop shelving for sale. Other than that OK. The real problem that mass stocking of the shelves at 8 inthe morning as the shop opens for the day. Positively dangerous to customers with staff and detritus over the shop floor. 13-01-23 Just as previous, Good quality food and produce but as before the mass restocking when the shop is open, with plastic boxes, dolly trucks and staff all over the place takes the shine and ease of shopping here. Such a pity the shop is not restocked before the shop is open to the public. 21-04-23 still areas of empty shelves when opening. Bakery particularly sparse with poor selection.

Great simply food food hall! The address is as above 300 high street HP4 1ZZ. Free car parking around the back with entry there or via front on high street with parking outside on high street by meter. Good range inside very large food hall with a cafe, bakery, fruit & veg, refrigerated section and generally every range of their food is found here. Overall easy access has lift from car park if you park there sometimes you do have to wait for a parking spot!
