On arrival was greeted with a very warm welcome, did not even asked our names and took us straight to our room, which was immaculate, more tea/coffee than you could drink. Breakfast is to die for, I had the smoked haddock with poached egg, and partner had full English breakfast, which she struggled to get through{but did). Thank you for a great stay!

Just perfect in every way. Quiet, convenient, clean and friendly, spacious and wholesome in an ideal location beside the river. Hostess and food both spot on.

Me and the missus had a lovely night stay here, the whole place was spotlessly clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The owners are lovely people always on hand to help. I only wish we'd took pictures as the ones on here are a bit old and it's since been redecorated and looks lovely.

What a fantastic weekend my daughter and I had. Ian and Linda made us so welcome. The bed was so comfortable, best sleep in a long time. A short walk to town and seaside..Plates ,cutlery and wine glasses available in the sitting room also board games ,my daughter and I ate local fish and chips in style on the patio in the sun and played dominoes .The breakfast choice was great, the cooked breakfast was lovely, choice of scrambled, poached or fried eggs. Thank you can't wait to return

This is one of the nicest, most pleasant guest houses I have ever stayed in. A lovely, warm and friendly welcome from the owners. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and a nice selection of teas, herbal teas, coffees and biscuits. The duvets are plump and fluffy, on comfortable Silent Night beds. Our room overlooked their beautiful garden. Breakfast is very generous, they won't let you leave hungry! Good quality food, done to perfection. The breakfast room has a lovely ambience, soft lighting, and soft, gentle background music of popular melodies. There is also a bar here, and a pool table. Everything was beautiful and perfect. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you.

Friendly owners. Nice breakfast. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. I stayed in a twin room and the shower was a bit cramped, but can't complain for the price. They were redecorating the day I visited and the place is well maintained. Note it's just a B&B now, no pub or restaurant. Best to head back into Berwick for food in the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay at this guest house. Very clean & tidy. The rooms are of a good size & are comfortable. The breakfasts are superb. The staff are friendly & not overbearing, which can be a drawback. The bar was not always open, but when it was we enjoyed a reasonably price drink. A would strongly recommend this establishment for a holiday.

What you get for what you pay is genuinely amazing. Great rooms, lovely host and a good breakfast. The beds could be a bit firmer but that’s a personal preference. If I ever stay in Berwick again will definitely book again!

Couldn't fault our stay at all - a really warm welcome from the friendly owner, a beautifully decorated room with lots of little touches (the different flavoured teas were appreciated!) and a very comfortable bed. Just a few minutes walk into the centre of Berwick and a peaceful location with plenty of parking. We only wish the breakfast had been a little later as we didn't manage to get up for 9am on Sunday! :)

We stayed here as we had a bit of a dilema at our orginal Air B and B. It was immaculate and I mean immaculate. The pictures do not to it juistice. Yes it is a bit old school but there was no question that the owner took great pride in the Rob Roy. The room was ready in minuets of the call being made (5pm Sunday evening) and we were welcomes at the door with open arms. The room was filled with all the basic and most importantly the bed was so soft !! The breakfast was really impressive with plenty to chose from my favourite part was the unlimited coffee. On Google maps it seems to be a bit out of the way but infact it's closer to the spittal the nicer beach, and only 10 min over the bridge in to town. I will be going back !!!

Stayed here on the 3rd of August for my 50th birthday trip to Berwick-upon-Tweed. A lovely welcome as we arrived and taken to a lovely room. Plenty of space and bathroom with a bath which I like. It’s only a short walk to the town. A lovely place to stay away from the bustle of the main town. Breakfast was first class and would highly recommend as a great place to stay.

We loved it here and were well looked after by Linda and Mr Linda?? Lovely breakfast, away from the madding crowd but just close to the low old bridge. Quiet hotel with pleasant room. Very clean and COVID safe..
