Vanessa Delicatessen & Cafe - Beverley - Photo album

We ordered a Beef Wellington from the butchery department for new years eve. It was supposed to serve 4 people, but I'm sure it would have easily stretched to 6 portions. It was beautifully prepared and came with gravy in a separate container. Very easy to cook,. It was delicious, very tender too.
Really nice treat from the wife, had a Yorkshire platter which was really nice but you really should get more than a third of a pork pie! That said it was very nice and I would prob go again
Great little café with such a wide variety of menu options. We came today to have a birthday brunch and it was all quite delicious. I had the "smaller" full English (although still very substantial as it turns out!) and my husband had the special eggs Royale. Both were delicious. I was going to have
Very popular cafe/delicatessen with good reason ... It's excellent quality 👍 The cafe is upstairs so elderly or disabled may find the staircase a bit much.
Well, I just had to share what a delicious brunch I had. Whole meal toast with smashed avocado with poached egg and smoked salmon. Standard hipster lunch you’d think but the added chorizo and cherry tomatoes took it to another level. Always enjoy our meals here. Staff are polite, chatty and efficie
Food is always delicious and staff are always super helpful and friendly; such a lovely little place for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or drinks. Dog friendly too which is a huge bonus. Definitely recommend
Freshly roasted and freshly grounded coffee only can give such a wonderful creamy espresso. The scone and cream are also superb. Steak sandwich looks delicious. The place also has delicatessen at ground floor.
Lovely cafe, and my new go to place in Beverley. Relaxing, and the staff are friendly. The food and drink are delicious, and they cater for my gluten intolerance. The chocolate brownies are lovely, can't wait for my next visit!
Visited today, nice and sunny so sat outside in Marketplace. took my parents. We had the cold seafood platter, Yorkshire platter and a bowl of chips. Superb food, great service. staff helped mum who uses a walking aid to use downstairs staff toilet very helpful. One of the best pork pies and gammon
Amazing food. Decided last minute to dip in for some lunch, and was not disappointed. I got fish and chips, wife got fish pie. Both spot on! Decent range of grub, beers/wine/spirits and beverages. Will be coming back!
Ordered their AfterZoom Tea Party for 2 people and had ourselves a little picnic on the Westwood. Unfortunately we had a little wait to collect the order as something had gone wrong but they were very apologetic and sorted the problem quickly. A tiny bit frustrated to find there were open sandwiches
Early lunch with my mum & I honestly cannot fault this place. Food was lovely & service was fantastic. What a lovely team! Will definitely return.
I was amazed with the afternoon tea fantastic service, the food that was being served looked fantastic as well, on our next visit will be dining here. Totally recommend it 1st clasd
Great food, friendly service and a good atmosphere. Will definitely return when next in the vicinity.
Absolutely wonderful in every way…5*….. nothing to fault and will be back. Highly recommend and wait (5mins) was not bad for a Sunday lunchtime.
