Absolutely brilliant shop; I only wish there was one in Driffield. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy and if you go in at the right time you might find some items on sale and lane yourself a bargain.

I usually buy online, but noticed they had a shop in Beverley. Wow was I impressed when I recently visited, everything I can get online was instore. Massive selection of hight quality chocolate, choc drinks etc etc.. Will now be buying from store instead of online. Highly recommend a visit.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to hotel chocolat. Like all companies providing delivery services I have no doubt they're under immense pressure and workload during these times yet they somehow still managed to get our Easter Eggs to us on Easter Sunday.
