Had a fantastic meal here with my family while staying in Pevensey, we were looking for a good curry and struggling to find one so weren't sure what to expect. But the food and the service was just brilliant, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal and it was truly tasty including best bhajis we've ever had! Being able to bring our own alcohol was a bonus and the whole meal for 7 of us was really good value. Highly recommend paying a visit! Wish he would relocate back to London so we could enjoy his food more often....

My partner and I had a takeaway from here a few weeks ago. I'm not a curry fan, but this curry was delicious. It was that good that we went out for dinner there last night. I'm so surprised at how dead it was in there. Its clearly not known enough. The owner is a friendly, welcoming and chatty man. The food was again very good, the owner gave us some sides to try! As I told him I hadn't tried much before as I wasn't really a fan until I had curry the other week. All of the food was very flavoursome. Good pricing. I'd definitely recommend going.

Got food from here twice on Uber eats owner is so lovely! answered any questions I had when I called and the food is amazing! I don’t ever write reviews but the service is so good I needed to do one also have had extras thrown in for free that I didn’t purchase which was even better! if you’re going to get a curry order from here will now be my go to :)

We've been more times than I can count now and every single time it's been amazing ! Great food and the most brilliant hospitality. Definitely worth a visit you won't go to another curry house after going to the chilli tree

Ordered a takeaway last Sunday and the owner was so lovely and helpful. I couldn’t find a vegetarian option that I wanted online, so called to ask if they had it, the owner not only made the option but also put extra vegetarian things for us to try! Food was amazing and we even had it for the next two days as there was so much! Will definitely be ordering from the Chilli Tree again 😍

Me and my boyfriend went there for the first time last night and it was lovely !!
The food was wonderfully presented and delicious and as for the service, well, the staff were very welcoming and the owner was lovely and helpful, very chatty. I loved that he came up and took our orders and made sure we had all we wanted in our meal. Lovely atmosphere!!
We are definitely going there again. Can’t wait!
