Despite COSI being one of my favorite restaurants, and this being the one closest to me, this is probably the worst one I've been to. They always screw up my order. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It pisses me off. It's as if the staff there can't take a basic order. Skip this one if you're looking for COSI. I'm giving it 2 stars because on the rare occasion they don't totally screw up your order, the food is really good. I'd recommend going to the COSI on Sawmill, as every time I've been there they've gotten my order right. Again, great food, terrible staff (at least the staff is nice but they ALWAYS mess it up, even when different people are working there).
