Had a wonderful meal here. Food was nice and fresh and not oily. Service really friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Interesting menu with some unusual ideas, like grated cheese on top of a chicken curry.

Found a curry we finally enjoyed! The food arrived quickly and had lovely flavours. Would 100% order again. The only criticism is that it could've been a bit hotter as it arrived warm. Korma and Tikka were lovely.
Friendly staff and excellent service, the food portion sizes are just right. The food itself is some of the best Indian food I have ever eaten, full of flavour and freshly cooked. The lamb was cooked to perfection, no grissel or chewy bits.
Never had a bad meal here, the food is unbelievable whether you’re dining in or taking away. The atmosphere is great no matter who you’re with! Everyone who works here is so lovely, they always remember me and are so personable, will be back soon!

It's a small restaurant so can easily feel packed, especially post pandemic.
But very quickly, that feeling is lost once you encounter its ambience, friendly staff, delicious food, and the pre lock-down company of friends.

This time I was craving popadoms so ordered 2 for collection, when I arrived to collect, the boss said not to worry about paying and gave me more than what I had ordered as a kind gesture. He was so kind and talkative, So so happy with my popadoms and big pot of sauce! Much better than shop bought and the owner really made my day. Thank you!
Enjoyed our meal. 4 of us had a selection of main meals and all dishes and sides were delicious. Friendly service busy restaurant. Byo alcohol worked well too. Parking available outside.
Third visit to Onamika this evening with my in-laws and they were just impressed with the food as we were on our first visit. Tasty, filling and tender meat. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, even remembered our baby from a year ago. :)

They cater for my allergies and my vegan friend too .

First visit with my family for a birthday treat. Had a lovely meal. Service was great. Very friendly, fast and efficient. Food was delicious. Small place but great vibe. Had a fantastic time! Will definitely go back and will recommend to my friends. 10 out of 10.
We have ordered a few times from here and the meal has always been tasty and consistently good.
The gentleman on the telephone taking the order is very professional and accommodating.
The food is always served hot and on time.
Although my cucumber riatha was in-between hot dishes in the bag on the last order so I had to put it in the freezer to cool the yoghurt back down.
I have had many authentic dishes and these are on par of not better.
The meat is good quality and will definitely not hesitate to recommend.
Will definitely be regulars!
This is the best Indian Restaurant i have been to. The food was excellent. Staff & facilities were spot on. Nothing was to much trouble, and the staff were happy to make any changes to our order. Wonderful experience would highly recommend
