We went into Morleys to buy a microwave yesterday. As we are pensioners and don't drive we were trying to work out how to get it home. There was a lovely lady (I think Clarisse) who was very helpful in the home appliance dept she arranged a home delivery for us and was full of very helpful information on the microwaves. In this day and age it is too often people complain about shop staff but we were very impressed with this lady's service. I have to say that the delivery person who delivered the microwave was very pleasant and carried the microwave up to the top flat for us all in all very impressed with service
I love wandering around this store. I sometimes wonder whether anyone actually buys anything, though? There's a cafe on the first floor.
Very helpful and approachable staff. First time I have visited store and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products and brands they stock.
