Our family meal was really wonderful because of the incredible waitress. I wish I knew her name, but I think perhaps she was Italian. There were seven of us, and we had a twelve year olds birthday. We were told they were understaffed when we arrived, but we felt very well looked after, indeed, despite all tables being occupied. We all agreed on how well she managed so many tables, keeping everyone happy. The food was really very good. Very hot and fast. We had the pumpkin ravioli, spinach ricotta canaloni, and a specialist burger not mentioned in the list below.

Lovely meal - great service from the wait staff and manager and a particular shout out to Tomas the chef who made my youngest son feel extra special by letting him see the kitchen and giving him a chefs hat. The food was excellent.

I came here for a big family meet up at the weekend, it was amazing! I didn’t get his name but the waiter was so great with my young cousins, was joking around with all of us and overall made it a great experience. Definitely would recommend!!

A great meal out with a good atmosphere and lovely food. The service was initially fast and friendly. As the evening progressed it was slower but still very friendly. I had a truffle burger and truffle fries which was great. Mocha at the end end was also really good. We used Tesco club card vouchers which the staff were very helpful with. Prezzo Bicester never disappoints.

Great food and friendly helpful staff. Called in without a booking it was early so we got a table. I don’t eat cheese so asked for a spicy calzone without cheese it was amazing the Margherita pizza and garlic bread were also great and fresh. I’d recently joined the Prezzo mailing list so got a free bottle of Prosecco. Keep up the good work.

The food was incredible, I was told that there was a staffing shortage but honestly I didn't even notice it, we barely had to wait at all and the staff were friendly, not a single bad thing I could say about it really.

Excellent. The dough on the calzone was light and delicious. The lemon meringue pie was one of the best I have ever tasted. It was a busy night with few staff but they were brilliant, working tirelessly to make sure everything was just right

Food was lovely and came out fairly quickly. The only downside is that it was hard to get the attention of the staff especially given as it was not a busy time of the day. Overall it was a good visit and the food is always of high quality.
