A brilliant experience and great food. We took our newborn to Nandos, we’ve been many times before. The staff were brilliant at accommodating, simple things like moving a chair for the buggy. Great atmosphere as always and tasty food.

Very welcoming, service was great! Manager was very friendly and restaurant was clean. First time visiting this branch and enjoyed our lunch before Bicester village shopping. Parking was free at the multi story which was a bonus.

I would recommend some attention to hygiene.
Toilets were in a bad state and there were 3 tables around us, waiting for someone to clean them for more than 1-2 h .

Come on, it's a Nandos...food was ok, rainbow slaw was dry, halloumi was fine sauce was as expected, unpronounceable South African cider was lush...atmosphere was ok until the table full of noisy infants arrived - but it's Nandos not date night

Always good at Nandos no matter where you go. Staff are always great. Some items not available here at the time of our visit, but otherwise fine.

I will start by complimenting the customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience was good. We enjoyed almost everything and we will be back for a second time.
My only complaint is one piece of my meat was extremely dry and I was not able to eat it.

I’ve visited this Nando’s twice now, the first was a few months ago with my partner where we sat in, and today for a take-away.
I can’t fault it to be fair, food is spot on every time, friendly service and the place is always kept clean.
We did have a bit of a wait last time but that was due to the Covid restrictions I think.

It seems like nothing has changed since I last been there (pre-lockdown). To order you need to scan a code to order and pay. There is still self service for the drinks. They are taking safety measure; they frequently clean the door handles, the services still wear masks. The food was good.
