A little gem. Found this place by pure luck and amazed all round. The food was amazing and the staff just the right side of friendly. Hubby proclaimed it's the best meal he has eaten...ever! A must if you can visit and you won't want to leave. Well done all at The Bridge
Impromptu stop led us to this place. Not many parking spaces but but what an absolute gem of a place. Great atmosphere, fantastic food & fabulous service. Will definitely visit again. Particular thanks to our waiter on the 27/2 who having checked out the menu for non dairy at my request, then proceeded to pre check nibbles and then desserts without being asked. Made our dining experience extra pleasant. Thank you.

My husband & I went to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Moored our boat outside. The Bridge was perfect, wonderful staff very professional but friendly, and the food was as good if not better than any top class restaurant. Prices very good unsure how they manage it! Beautiful food, and very graciously served, for my friends fathers funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, the sandwiches were a dazzling display of colours and very tasty too! Especially the egg mayonnaise & watercress ones, so yummy! If this food is anything to go by, then I can imagine that the restaurant menu must be very tasty! Thank you
The food was just amazing and the atmosphere was lovely. With really knowledgable and approachable staff who had the best balance of attentive-yet-not-hovering we had a lovely celebration meal. Best venison I've ever had and the pea purée with scallops was gorgeous.

I've never been disappointed by The Bridge and I wasn't this time. The food is innovative, modern and local. The service is natural not false or too over bearing. The Specials are hard to ignore and show the Chef enjoys daily sourcing and being creative. The restaurant works as well for a group as it does a romantic dinner for two but I've saved the best for last; it is unbelievable value. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed

We visited the week before Christmas and to be honest I was expecting it be the usual slow service you would expect in most restaurants this time of year but it was quite the opposite! We were a large table and the service was impeccable. We were greeted by the kitchen staff as we entered the restaurant (bit of a strange setup as the kitchen also acts as reception), the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Drinks came quickly and there was a good selection of wines and ale on offer. We had the Sunday lunch menu and I had 3 courses. The food menu was perfect, plenty of selection but not too many to choose from. We choose the salmon mouse for starter, turkey for main and cheesecake for pudding. The food was lovely and portion size just perfect for me.
Plenty of space in the restaurant to move around and beautiful views over the Avon (unfortunately no photo due to it raining). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was only 1 ladies loo and it needed a little bit of a makeover, by the end of the meal there was a bit of a queue for the loo. Also parking is slightly limited, in comparison to the generous car park at ‘The Frog’ next door which was basically empty!! But Bidford-on-Avon is a lovely place to wander round so you can park over the bridge and walk across.
Would recommend and re-visit 😊

Excellent food, well presented. We chose a festive menu, however, the atmosphere was lacking any festive feeling even though all the diners were having a good time and looked as though they were celebrating Christmas. Very attentive and understanding service. Will definitely return in the new year, hopefully with a warmer welcome. So far...best food in Bidford on Avon. Would like to see more Vegan options, that would enable me to bring the whole family at least 4 times a year !!
Great food. Really nice setting. My wife and I had salmon moose. White bait. The lamb and Cod. Very nice.
Found this wonderful restaurant on our first night away, and so glad we did, very friendlv waiting staff, sat outside whuch was lovely and the food was so good we could of been dinning in a Mitchlin stared restaurant. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience

Excellent meal in a charming riverside location with great personal service. From the outside this looks like a general pub but is in fact a top class restaurant. It is not particularly big inside but the tables are decently spaced to give an element of privacy. The menu reflects the bespoke high quality of the food and includes some delicious fish options. On the day we went there was also a, 'specials' menu, again with some good fish options. The service throughout was first class. Highly recommended.
