Heard about Jordans Mill from a friend. Had a lovely day out there. Excellent restaurant facilities serving a superb selection of food and drinks. Delightful stroll around their beautiful gardens. Definitely returning as still to do the mill tour. Highly recommended.

What a fun find! My partner and I decided on a day out in the area with the goal of stopping at places that looked interesting. This is a great afternoon out with interesting and informative tours or a mill which was modernised over time and tells the story of a local family and their national brand. There are some lovely gardens to wander too. A gift shop and cafe. So even if you don’t want to pay for the tour there are still some nice things to do on the property in what is quite an idyllic location.

Went for afternoon tea. Was nice, but we just had a choice of one round of same sandwich instead of a choice of 2 so choose ham and salad lovely ham. We sat outside and lovely view by the river.

Love Jordans!! Great place for a stop off to grab a bite while walking or cycling on the green wheel. Only a 20min walk for us which is super handy. Would have got 5 stars had my eggs been soft in the middle!!

Just finished the latest trail put on by Jordan's Mill - the Halloween one. We do one every school holiday, Easter, Summer games, etc. they never ever disappoint! So well produced and lots of fun for children of all ages, and at only £3.50 per child it's incredible value too! Thank you to everyone involved in putting these on, we love them and so does everyone else judging by the number of happy faces around the trail! Such a fantastic idea. Finished off with a delicious breakfast and cake at the lovely cafe too! Highly recommend!

A nice place to visit when the weather is good. No proper play area for the kids, but there is a small woodland area with balancing beams, a wooden car, etc. to play around on. The food at the cafe is nice. The tour was very good - and children were free!

I visited on a lovely day in mid-July. Gardens were absolutely stunning; also the meadow walk leading into wildlife-friendly woodland. Enjoyed a coffee sitting on the decking, overlooking the water. Perfect. Visiting again today to celebrate my birthday. Hoping to tour the mill (closed on my previous visit).

This place is steeped in history with is old mill and museum to see. Jordans famous for their breakfast cereals and cereal bars. Today they had an event to raise money for the poppy appeal. They also had live music, so we could enjoy our coffees whilst listening along Enjoy the walks around their grounds. They have a great cafe and shop here as well. There is plenty of seating inside and on the terrace.

We called in for coffee on a Saturday afternoon. It was lovely to sit outside over looking the river and mill. There was just enough seating, but the weather was good, and this obviously brought lots of people out and about. We only ordered tea/coffees and soft drinks. The service was very slow. It probably took about 10/15 minutes for the coffee, which led to a large group of customers all standing around the servery waiting. The staff making coffee seemed stressed, and I would actually say unhappy to be there! This must have been a pinch point because I had never seen this before, and it quickly calmed down after. That said, the staff didn't seem to have any strategies on how to manage the situation, nor did anyone else come to help them. This then left a few of the customers making negative comments, which further stressed the staff! Once the hot drinks arrived, they were piping hot. The coffee was good quality, and the tea ample for a 2nd cup.

A nice place to visit, cafe is open and is now doing hot food. We had the Sunday roast which was great. Coffee and cakes are good looking out over the river. You can have a walk in the gardens. Unfortunately the museum isn't open and no tours, but have a look in the shop for some interesting items to buy.

Well worth a visit, 👍 cafe has a great selection of food , even breakfast served till 11am. Also takeaway drinks, lots of seating. Mill is open for tours on Thurs & Fri, the gardens are well designed with flowers, herbs and examples of wheats that are used in the Jordans tasty breakfast cereals. Shop also has great local gifts, produce, plants and Jordan cereal and other cereals at good prices. Also a surprise 70th jubilee 👑👸 trail for all the family to enjoy. On the scenic bridge to the mill spotted a Egret on the river Ivel. 2 Car parks at the mill and both free of charge. 👍😃

Something different to do whilst the weather held out. Decided to do the Jubilee trail which was good and the younger boys seemed to enjoy that. Shame the Mill wasn’t open though, would have been happy to have done that. Travelled a long way for not much- but that was my reading!
