The food hall is large and appears to carry the full range of M&S products - my advice is to bring a list as it will save you from too much of a shock when you get to the checkout!

Lovely, massive collection of homeware items. As usual M&S collections are unique and very authentic. If you are out and about in Biggleswade retail park, pay a visit to M&S and you will surely be amazed. Enjoy. Cheers.
Very good selection of lingerie with large stock of sizes, I wanted size 10 knickers and I stocked up, I had lots of choice.
This was retail park Biggleswade (we lost our Bedford store 😞). It could be well stocked because it is Valentines soon but hope it continues.
Lovely shop, enjoy the cafe but they are very under staffed. I realise you have to queue but it hardly moved. We had to stand for ages, there should be someone taking up order and money and another person making drinks. Far too ling to have to wait.
Visited Friday 11/06/21 - really wasn't sure what the rules were regarding buying a new suit; which I desperately needed for a job I had been offered. The assistants were so helpful and polite. Wish all shops were as good as this.

Good sized and modern store. It is typically laid out in sections with something for all and the expected M&S quality. Its clean and tidy and staff available for any Q&A you might have. Also a lovely food hall awaits full of tasty foods.
I must say that the staff in the M&S cafe are so good and work very hard to deliver the excellent service. Although there was a queue, just a little more patients is needed. I have spent more time waiting for service in Costa than here. The lady making the coffee, I think her name was Rose has excel
Cafe staff were helpful, quick to clean tables, & bring out food even though it was busy. Store is a good size so there is a decent selection of kids, men's and women's wear. Staff on the till were friendly.

As with most Marks and Spencers well presented plenty of space a great cafe with large windows looking over the large car park and surrounding countryside.
