I don't normally leave reviews on Google, but such an exemplary customer service left me no choice. My order was taken by a young, polite fellow called "Bruno", upon which we started to converse about many different things, ranging from Fermat's last equation to Tarantino's and Lynch's movies. Bruno had revealed his favourite film to be Pulp Fiction, made me extremely elated that the youth, to this day, still watches such quality cinema. Not only this, but my sausage roll was scrumptious, warm and well-packed. Thank you Greggs, for hiring such an admirable employee!
I went to Greggs for the first time down south on bracebridge drive and was pleased to see the quality and customer service was not an issue. Ive had some awful experiences at greggs in the past such as cold sausage rolls and rude staff and its left me with some trauma and issues walking into the shop. However the other day I got the courage to walk in with the support of my friend and I was met with the best customer service I have ever come across in my life. I believe his name was bruno and he had a buzzcut. I cannot recommend this greggs enough now thanks to him and i strongly suggest you pop down for a slice of pepperoni pizza and a chat with good old bruno.
just wanted to share my experience at this establishment. i decided i needed a quick greggs after necking 4 stella’s at the pub across, upon walking in i see a cute chap by the name of bruno bouncing up and down on the tables shouting “london is blue” whilst swinging round his chelsea shirt. the atmosphere was electric never vistited such a lively greggs, about 50 munters were in the line which let me down but hey, the food did not disappoint. after downing my strawberry oasis and washing it down with two sausage rolls, i just had to lick my fingers. to anyone visiting i hope u see bruno do his magic at the counter x
