Nice pint of Guinness here, reasonable prices too. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. At the weekends they have a DJ on inside. If this is not to your taste then the music outside might be.
Adding to my review the fact that the real ales have been off both times I have been recently. Once on a Friday and once mid week. I like to try new ales. {sad_face_emoji}
Nice friendly pub with a good selection of food and drinks. The pizzas and burgers are pretty good. Lots of screens showing the football.
Excellent service and food was a good quality. Dog friendly which is a bonus. Dan always make sure my dog is looked after bringing treats and water. Highly recommend. Will be back

Having just moved to the area thought I would give it a try after reading reviews about their pizzas. Was not disappointed the pizza was fresh hot and tasty and plenty of toppings, in fact would say better than some take aways I have had previously

Popped in with a mate whilst walking the dogs. Very friendly staff even had a few treats for the dogs. Although I didn’t have anything to eat there was plenty of people eating and the food, especially the pizzas, looked amazing. Will have to go back with the dogs and give it a try.

Friendly service, pizzas were unreal not the normal pizzas you would expect from a pub, hot tasty and loads of toppings. The place gets extremely busy when the sun is out but didn’t have to wait long. Will make this my local. Even better now they do treats for the dogs, my dogs loved the doggy ice cream they sell. Best service I have had in a long time.

Popped in on the spur of the moment never having been before and had a lovely experience.
The place had a few people in but not packed, pleasant atmosphere. We chose the deal of two dishes for, I think £12.99 with a small extra payment to include fish and chips. Our server Ollie was great, cheerful and very efficient. He even managed to speed things up for us as I was on a deadline for another appointment. This place is a good find, we’ll be back, we’ll done. 👍🏼

I returned to the Kings Arms yesterday for lunch and a catch up with a friend. We keep on returning because the menu has such a diversity of options and its reasonably priced. I had the 3 small plates of Beef Bao Buns, Tacos and Chicken Sliders, accompanied by sweet potato fries. My friend had the Steak and Ale Pie and vegetables. The food was timely and tasty and the service was very good. (Olly) was very personable and responsive to our requests and did all he could to meet our needs. We will continue to return. Having had the freshly baked pizzas previously from the Pizza station, I'd also recommend them. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy despite the establishment experiencing some heating issues, this didn't detract from our visit.
We appear to live in an age where some people just live and love to complain and be outraged by the most minute of things. Finding a negative is much easier than praising a positive, a byproduct of the human species negativity bias I presume.

Recently moved to the area and was recommended to try this place out. I was not disappointed, friendly helpful staff, lovely homemade pizzas and dog friendly. Although the pub itself looks a bit dated the friendly staff more than made up for it very attentive and nothing was to much trouble. Georgia Dan and Toni are a credit to the pub and Greene King. Toni explained how to order on the app or at the bar and the different drink and food offers, Georgia who served my food also looked after my dog so I could visit the toilet and Dan brought a water bowl and some treats for my dog. Could not fault a thing, all three went above and beyond. Thank you

lovely friendly pub, staff couldnt do enough to help and suggest food and drink options. Pizzas are delicious and homemade at 2 for £13 we had one each. Huge selection of gins and excellent price as it only cost £1.50 to go large
Took the kids to the Halloween disco and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. £8 for a couple of hours fun and food you can’t go wrong, staff were friendly and helpful
We came in for my friends 21st birthday today! Absolutely amazing service and the staff went above and beyond to make our time here special! Big shout out to Dan who is such an amazing and lovely man he looked after us all day. I highly recommend visiting here for food and drinks we will definitely be returning.
