Review Starbucks - Oakwood Gate - Birchwood

Most visits to Starbucks end in disappointment but this wasn’t bad to be fair. The server was happy and smiling. She got the drinks mixed up but it really wasn’t an issue. The only negative thing is the insane cost. For £10 more you could have a full dinner for two people at a restaurant.

The staff were efficient and friendly, not eaten here, but had to pick stars, as I don't know i thought 5 would be fairer than 1, i will go back and try the food and lower stars if needs be. Relaxed, chilled atmosphere

Always a friendly and efficient service. Coffee is typical Starbucks coffee, perfect to grab just before you hit the motorway.

Staff need to learn how to communicate effectively with customers. No atmosphere. Will I go again 🤔 no.

Our first visit. The service was brilliant and the staff was so helpful, friendly and very polite. Our visit was at end of the day, still there was a good choice of food, most tables were clean and we were not rushed. We all enjoyed our drinks and food. One of the best Starbucks we have visited. Definitely will be visiting again.

Starbucks is well Starbucks Normally 5* - but this one his ZERO phone signal on numerous networks. So a bit impractical for doing business work from.

Nice place for a coffee ☕️ in Birchwood, maybe just a little overpriced.

Drinks and Food were great, service was a bit slow but the staff were happy and friendly which made up for this.

It's a starbuck so what can I really say. The staff are friendly so that's always good.

It’s a drive thru Starbucks - with a Greggs’ and a petrol station and a huge amount of electric charging points for your car - nice and clean - not very busy. Not a massive selection of pastries but that may be due to the time of day we visited (about 4pm).
