8 years we’ve been getting our take aways here. The best satay and salt and pepper chips I’ve ever had! Since moving we can no longer get delivery to auckley but it’s worth the drive.
Have ordered from here multiple times and never had an issue.
Chicken balls are often crispy and delicious

Food always very tasty and fresh, not greasy at all. You can see they take pride in their meals. Not to mention 5 star food hygiene rating. Lovely and helpful staff taking orders. Will never order from anywhere else.
Delivery has been slow of late but the food is worth the wait. The quality and taste of all dishes we have sampled has bee superb and remains high each time we repeat an order. Delivery has gone from 45-60 mins a few months ago to around 1.5 hours now but is still no.1 in the area. Highly recommende

Food is always good apart from when the drivers can't find us and the food is either cold or full of condensation from sitting in packaging too long
So we now prefer to pick up ourselves which is fine as we are literally three minutes away
This is the best Chinese take away I've ever had! And my neighbours who I had it with said the same. There was something different about this food. It was lighter with amazing flavours. We will be using you again!
Food is good quality. Fairly cheap. Restaurants is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly. However , the service is just a bit chaotic and slow but that's just due to the amount of take away order being placed .
Very good food great quality i have eaten inside the restaurant and have also ordered for delivery i was very impressed with there service both in the restaurant and take out. Very professional staff throughout. I highly recommend Royal Grand to all who love a quality Chinese meal
Food here is lovely it it’s just a shame some of the profits aren’t spent on tidying the place up! It’s always busy when we visit it only one member of staff serving, taking orders over the phone and over the counter.
This could be an absolute little gold mine...such a shame.
